Excellent hotel and staff. Centrally located.

This is my fourth time staying there and I did notice a little less attention to detail. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as buried as it used to be not as many staff members visible. Still a wonderful location would still go back just wouldn’t give it a 10 out of 10 like I did before.

Great location...close to many attractions. Hotel was also very nice and clean, with the usual amenities and mini bar. Hotel staffs were helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend

Clean room, fast internet, friendly staff.

The breakfast staff were very nice, the early check in was a nice surprise, the hotel was very clean, the housekeepers were very thorough and the rooftop was lovely with beautiful views. However, the front desk were horrible at making you feel welcome. Anytime we went in or out of the hotel, very rarely did they even look up to acknowledge us. A simple hello, goodbye, have a good day, how was your day, goes such a long way. Our experience at Hotel Catalonia Magdalenes the week before was a completely different experience. Each and every staff member was so friendly, chatty, gave us great tips as to where to go, brought us water, pastries without us asking. Hotel Jazz can really pick up their reviews by having their staff change this simple task even if they don’t mean it. If I didn’t stay at Hotel Magdalenes the week before I would never have really been able to tell the difference in the customer service.

The room is clean, but the light in the room is a little on the dark side. I would prefer a little bit brighter in the room and in the bathroom.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly, helpful. Room is comfortable for 2. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Great location., 5min walk for shopping, food, 10-15min walk to cathedral de Barcelona. We were also close to the trains. Would highly recommend.

Room was clean and serviced everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was variety, delicious, and fresh. Air conditioning was working fine. Water pressure in the shower was strong enough. Good location to go everywhere in Barcelona with a good transport system nearby. Various restaurants nearby to choose from.

Great location for walking and close to several Metro and Bus stops. Very convenient taking Aerobus from airport as it stopped a few minutes walk away. Room was comfortable and modern. Various dining options not far away. Nice rooftop view with pool and a rooftop bar open in the evenings. Didn't try the breakfast.

xcelente todo . Hotel muy lindo . Habitación muy grandes y cómodas . Ubicación perfecto .y con una parada de metro cerca y a dos bloques de Plaza Cataluña. El personal súper amable . Muy atento todo el tiempo y siempre sonriendo ! Sin duda cada vez que vuelva a Barcelona esta va a ser mi opción

We were completely pleased with our stay at Hotel Jazz. Great location, easy walk to metro stations and taxi stands. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area all within walking distance. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was bountiful, varied and tasty. Our room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. We never heard a noise from any other guests and there were many other guests staying there. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Love the roof top deck and pool! The staff were phenominal! Great breakfast buffet with hot and cold food. Fresh fruit, pastries and yogurt!
