Facilities have been completely renovated. Well furnished room. Pleasant staff. Short but good stay.

The hotel is spotless, modern, and right off the 401 — 5 minutes to White Oaks and everything in London. The rooms are huge! So much space with a comfy king bed, sofa, desk, and big windows. We also loved the 39° North shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — it left my hair feeling so soft. Ingrid at the reception desk was incredible. She kindly walked us to our room and was so courteous and welcoming. And a big shoutout to the Starbucks barista who was so hospitable and made a delicious breakfast. Lots of overgrown weeds at the entrance and parking lot gardens

Very comfortable bed, slept the night which is unusual for me.

The property was closed for renovations upon our arrival.

All was well organized and with good Covid precautions.

Facility was clean...well except with the issues with the parking lot - looks like the manhole sewers were clogged and the parking lot was flooded...

The person working the front desk both Dec 25 and Dec 26 was amazing. Incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating! Very appreciative of his help.

We stay at this hotel several times throughout each year. It is our first choice for our family of five. The suite fits us all and we like having a mini-fridge and two televisions. The towels and bedding are good quality. The workout room has been redone and is much better. I do wish, however, that there were wipes provided for cleaning the equipment after use. The front desk staff are always very good.

WORST HOTEL EVER! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOTEL! There are BEDBUGS at this hotel, they have refused to issue me a refund despite the fact that I and my guests could not sleep in the hotel due to the bedbugs. Bedbugs were crawling all over, one of my guests was bitten vicariously by bedbugs. Terrible and very terrible customer service. I have pictures and videos of what happened and these bedbugs running around. The hotel did not care! BOOK HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! A bedbug bite does a lot to your health.

Convenient location. Friendly check-in Clean, quiet and spacious.

There could have been a couple of bottles of water in the rooms and maybe 2 cookies or granola bars. No vending machines anywhere and Starbucks closed before our arrival.

Checkin in was great. The room was amazing. However, on the morning of checkout the hotel had no water as there was a leak in the lobby. So no shower, washing up or using the bathroom. Front desk was trying to handle the situation but it was not resolved. So I had to go to my next destination without a shower. When asked for any credit for the lack of water I was told no as I booked through this site and not directly with the Marriott.

Our room got flooded and we were not giving a room replacement the water were turned off throughout the building & washrooms was not available to use. I was on a business trip and this is highly inconvenient I just needed a place to sleep. I believe I should be fully refunded for the stay.

There were kids running up and down the hall past 10pm and no parents in site. We had no running water the next morning and I wasn't able to shower. Very frustrating stay
