We did a wine tour that left at 1 pm. Our room wasn't ready yet,but they kept our bags in locked room for us, which was nice. Elevators are fast, view was nice.

Such a beautiful hotel!! Friendly staff & perfect locations. Would definitely recommend & stay again :)

Hot tub was very nice

While the hotel is centrally located and a beautiful place to stay, the atmosphere was scary! There were security guards at every entrance and even on the main floors from 3-10 guarding the hallways. It appeared that people were living on main floors because they didn’t seem to be vacationing. As a single mom of 3 children it felt uneasy. We rented a very expensive room, falls view suite double queen and the air conditioner wouldn’t work in the bedroom. Had maintenance come work on it twice in the 2 nights we were there, and it still wouldn’t cool so we stayed hot while we slept.

Upon arrival my was informed that my room was cancelled. I had received a notice that I was all booked and ready to stay 2 days prior. I had to book a room for 2 night with the hotel and had to find a room somewhere else for the 3 rd night of my stay. I was told by the hotel staff they could not accommodate my 3 night stay and they had updated the 3rd party that my room was cancelled. It was an inconvenience to move hotels after finding a room for the 1 night. Staff was not very friendly or professional.

The pool wasn't the greatest since the water is not clear, and the temperature was kind of cold.

If our trip were a cake the room was beautuful and tasty frosting. Room was clean and as described, with View of the falls. Staff was allways extra helpful. If I ever have the chance I will return to Niagra Fallsview Doubletree... Also my 85 year old Mother loved the cookies.

Not to far from everything short walk from everything Place is clean Staff helpful Dining area was closed But they had another place in the lobby to accommodate

Enjoyed a suite on the 18th floor with a great view of Niagara Falls. Will definitely stay again. Front desk staff was very nice and very helpful.

The Doubletree is very nice. The staff, especially Bell Capt. Troy was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the soaker tub was nice. It's located close to most of the attractions and there is a WeGo bus stop right in front of the hotel making it easy to use the public transportation, which is also very affordable. The upper floors have a good view of the American Falls and the nightly fireworks. We highly recommend the Doubletree!

The property was good. The room was clean and enjoyable, great views of the falls. We even got to watch the nightly fireworks right from our room. The vibe at the whole place was off though. There was some sort of private event in the restaurant the day we checked in and out. There were security guards everywhere patrolling, like almost too many. It was suspicious. It felt odd. In the afternoon of the day we arrived the police and an ambulabce also arrived. I’m Not sure what the private event was but the whole vibe felt sketchy and I was happy to check out and hit the road. The staff is great and the property is nice. Not sure about the events they hold there.

The restaurant was closed while we were there for a private event.

Room was clean, pool area was great. Free arcade games were a bonus.

Room was comfy, hot tub and pool areas were clean, over all good experience!

Our room was on the 19th floor and got a bit warm once the weather changed, but the front desk sent up a maintenance engineer at 9:00 PM to resolve the issue. We could not ask for a friendlier person to help us; he got the room cooled in no time!

We enjoyed our stay and the front desk staff and housekeeping were excellent.
