We were transferred to the Hyatt due to accommodations required for the residents of communities affected by the wildfires. While the view was great, the staff and amenities at the Hyatt were so/so.

Everything’s excellent staffs very helpful cleanliness, pools and breakfast is okay.

Hotel is very clean and close to attractions. Service was excellent and food was good at their restaurant. Parking was plentiful so we could go in and out at will.

Loved our stay at this great hotel. Lovely pool with two working hot tubs and a sauna. My daughter loved the small arcade on the second level with free access to video games. The hotel was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Easily walkable to the falls.

The suite was large, with ample space for a family of four (with 2 teens). The Falls view was lovely: we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the room at night! The beds were very comfortable but the sofa bed really was not! (at least the one in our room) If you are planning to stay for longer than a couple of nights, I would avoid having to use the sofa bed as an additional bed. Overall a lovely hotel otherwise, within walking distance of many attractions.

Very nice hotel. It was ore than I expected. The kids had access to the pool and arcade games.

It was reasonable for a week to Niagara Falls.

Parking was really expensive I would suggest a discounted price on the 2nd day for parking
