This was a one night stay i did read the reviews before hand so i was open minded as to what i should expect .The reception area was bright and clean but it was like a ghost town no one around a good while before anyone from reception apoeared .My room was clean but the room was a bit tired

Summary: location, staff, room cost/size/features, restaurant, safe car parking - all excellent, I will stay again! Note: I use Crewe as my base for annual trips to Oulton Park and this was my first time at Crewe Arms - it will be my first choice for any future visits!

Large room. Good size bath. All very clean. Plenty of hot water. Shower gel etc very economy level. Handy for station. Buffet breakfast good drink choices. Really helpful staff went over and above when we lost something in the car park. Note. There is a parking charge (2 nights was £10). Many areas closed for refurbishment.

Staff very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is brilliant as well. No complaints from me.

Facilities and staff were very pleasant. Only issue really was the noise from the trains.

Thankfully Hotels.com had advised me that The Crewe Arms Hotel had closed down and we had been reallocated. The receptionist at the Bellair was most helpfull.

The staff were great and helpful. All this while they were dealing with having heard just a few hours before that the hotel was closing.

Overnight stay for business in the area. Slightly faded standard business hotel next to the station. Room was comfortable with ensuite bathroom and work area. Everything I needed so no complaints.

From my room i could hear all announcements on the train station platform, unfortunately hotel was full and I couldn't move rooms, However the Wi-Fi was good as I had a video conference with customers in the USA with no problem, good on site parking.

Great convenient hotel for the train station

What a lovely hotel, for the great rate I got i was not expecting much, however this is lovely hotel, the rooms cleaned well, fresh looking and well decorated. My room was very big however it was next to the main roundabout and due to the heat in the room i had to leave the window open. I manged to sleep. I would stay here again happily.

Good value and staff are very helpful

The hotel is in a good location. We stayed 1 night, as we were attending a wedding closeby. The room was clean but could do with modernisation. There are no bedside tables, so no where for putting a drink on and no plug sockets for charging phones. Shower is an over the bath with taps, so it was difficult to get the temperature right. For the price we paid £58 for a Saturday night, I honestly don't think it's a bad place at all.

Efficient check-in, hotel facilities were very well explained. Despite being older, the hotel was spotless. My room overlooked Crewe station, which for a railway enthusiast like me was ideal. That comes with a lot of noise. There was no double lock on the door and the bathroom door lock was broken I’m a single room this wasn’t an issue. I’d have liked extended mealtimes. I went for dinner at 7:30 and was told they’d stopped taking orders.

Stayed here for the evening with my husband and 2 children and would definitely come back again. Plenty of parking at this hotel, clean and good sized room, friendly staff. Just what you need at a hotel.

Stayed here for one night and was great value for money and excellent location for rail station. Ate in the restaurant and food was superb. Staff all very friendly and helpful If you like watching trains from a window then this is a great location. Will stay again in the future

OK as a quick budget stop off, but very tired building and feel.
