Stay was friendly and I had zero issues. I would advise those that want to be in the heart of the square, be advised it stay noisy well after midnight

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. My flight arrived at 5:00am. Understandably, they weren't able to get me checked in at that time, but there is a lounge on the 5th floor with a couple of couches. I was able to get a couple of hours of shut eye up there. After exploring the city for a few hours, they were able to get me checked in at around 11:30. Still way sooner than the 15:00 check-in time. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. It was nice surprise to find out the staff periodically comes around in the evenings to offer a little dessert. The hotel restaurant was quite nice and the prices were great. The hotel had a promotion going on while I was staying there with a 50% discount on all breakfasts and dinners if reservations were made in advanced. The location can't be beat when it comes to convenience. It is right in the heart of the downtown area with the 2 major metro lines just steps away from the hotel. I would highly recomend this hotel.

This was 6th time staying at this warm and welcoming hotel. Clean, lovely and the breakfast is perfection! The front desk staff is helpful and cheerful. It is a must stay hotel for the location alone!

I had a room with a balcony overlooking Rossio plaza, it was lovely, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant in the first floor, Bastardo, was excellent. The location of the hotel is top notch.

This hotel is in a great location to access the city and transport links. The big glass windows in the restaurant are perfect for sitting and watching the world go by on Rossio square. Due to two days of uninterrupted rain when we visited in Feb 26 l, we did this a fair bit. The staff are helpful and friendly and organised a taxi for our return trip to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 309. The rooms are small but have everything you need including robes, slippers and lovely fragranced toiletries. Beds are comfortable, there is a mini bar, safe and coffee maker (we did not use this) in the room. The bathroom is modern and the shower was powerful and very warm. The only negatives for the room was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom and also if you had two medium to large suitcases there would be a lack of space to place them. There was one suitcase rack but really no other space for the second case. Also sound proofing between rooms is not brilliant but the hotel was not full when we stayed so this was not a problem. Breakfast was fantastic with a many options including a made to order omelettes. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant on our final evening and would highly recommend the food, receiving a 50% discount on food was an added bonus.

Love the staff, very polite and helpful. Location, very close to every attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will recommend and definitely will stay here again if I come back to Lisboa.

Great hotel with a fantastic location. We stayed three different times during our almost four week trip to Portugal. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Hotel is a boutique style but offered a manned front desk, 24/7. Decent size rooms but with a few options for extra room space. We stayed in a street view for first two stays and upgraded to a superior with balcony and roomier space for third stay. On site restaurant has great breakfast buffet which I highly recommend adding to the room rate as it's a great start to your day, with good food and drink selection. Also great for happy hour drinks and dinner. Hotel provided welcome drink for each stay to be used at the onsite restaurant and offered winter stay 50% discounts on the lunch & dinner menu offerings. Fantastic food, really tasty sushi selections. I would book this hotel for a Lisbon (Baxia) stay over and over, fabulous choice for it's location and amenities.
