Clean rooms, comfortable bed & pillows, great location walkable to many places, metro line 8, about 600feet from hotel! Coffee in room was good!

staff was exceptional.

Room was not super clean. Sink got clogged during room service and no one was available to fix it

The location is pretty good (close to a subway station), but the area does not feel particularly safe at night and is pretty dirty. The hotel itself is very outdated and desperately needs a renovation.

Nous avons loué 3 chambres, toutes avaient des problèmes de douche (pas de mitigeur) température de l'eau brulante ou trop froide soudainement. Le déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4étoiles, le personnel de la salle (occupée sur son téléphone cellulaire) devait se faire dire d'ajouter des assiettes et de s'occuper de la machine à café. J'ai demandé un remboursement du dernier déjeuner que nous ne pouvions prendre en raison de notre départ hâtif pour l'aéroport. On nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible mais que l'administration nous contacterait... nous attendons toujours. La literie était confortable, la chambre propre.

Needs a refresh - probably ticks all a 4- star hotel requirement but not worth the rooms’ full price as it is - staff is lovely and location is great but the room I had felt it was stuck back in the 2000’s

Incredible staff, rooms were big, fantastic distance to the Metro and loved the area. Service was impeccable and loved the speakeasy.

Very healthy. Lots of fruit. A great choice of delicious food. Delicious coffee It was not free/included in price. I paid roughly €20 each morning.

Air conditioning, working elevator, good comfortably large hotel room, great location (short walk to a couple of Metro subway lines). Only consideration - bath tub/shower height from the floor requires hiking your leg up and over - along with good balance while on one leg for a minute with no handrails. So, if I were older, might skip for that one reason - getting in and out of bathtub shower is risky for someone with lousy balance or less flexibility in hips/legs. Overall, lovely hotel!

Great place for the money. The room is large for Paris . Our room was facing a courtyard and was very quiet. Service was quick and all spoke English. Will return to this hotel.

A boutique hotel with a latin America vibe. Big rooms for Paris, at a great price point. The INKA Perivian restaurant on site was excellent. Lovely Japenese/Tibetan next door. Bery close to les Infant Rouge markets

Great location in the Marais. Hotel is a little dated, but room size was great and bed very comfortable. Wifi very shaky.

Run down, no aircon working, bed was as hard as cardboard, door handle didn’t close properly. I read reviews of house keeping stealing things and then got out of there.

Great sized room, clean. good location, service was inconsistent especially overnight, early checkout difficulty due to ill equipped staff.

Property was in a great location next to many walkable dinning options and Metro stops.

The room was nice but extremely tiny making it difficult to open suitcases. Breakfast was very average for a Parisian hotel.
