The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. The appliances don't always work properly. Breakfast is decent with a good selection, but rather repetitive from day to day. The service is welcoming. The spa area is very nice, with several saunas. It's worth checking bar prices in advance – in our case, two glasses of beer were very overpriced. The wine cellar tour with wine tasting offered to us, by an English-language leaflet, turned out to be exclusively in Hungarian. It's not entirely clear what the Beatles Museum does at the hotel. There are snooker table and, I think, ping-pong table, but it's unclear where and how to get cues, balls, etc., or the prices.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and lunch had great variety but the quality was 3/5, except the coffee bar when it was open at lunch which was 5/5. The dinner in the cellar was 4/5 - very beautiful with large portions but the taste/quality was lacking.

Room are a bit small, but cozy, food in restaurant needs improving in lots of level. Nice experience though.

Nice, friendly and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Everything is clean and the rooms are large enough for you to stay there, not just sleep and go out. You need to pay for the parking a fair price, but then is watched through CCTV and more secure. The staff is really kind and helpful with all your needs and requests.

Rooms are clean. Small. Our original booking was for one person and no problem to change. However We asked one double bed and we were assured that it will be possible to arrange, but received two bed. Very friendly personnel. vailness great but noisy because lot of screaming kids.
