I have to say, the hotel's location is excellent. You can walk directly to the beach and it's a nice, short walk to Central shopping mall. My favorite part was the swimming pool; it's large and spacious. However, the poolside seating is old and doesn't quite match the hotel's standards. More importantly, I recently noticed that my room door didn't lock when I closed it. I was out for several hours and didn't realize it. I locked the door from the inside when I went to bed. The next day, after exercising on the beach, I tried opening the door without using the key card and discovered it couldn't be locked. This meant the room was locked the first day and the next, and my valuables, including my laptop and tablet with important information, weren't checked by the hotel. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but this shouldn't have happened. I felt very uneasy. When I informed the staff during check-out, they acted indifferent and didn't show any signs of good service. This was very upsetting because my sister was alone in the room at one point, and we told her not to lock the door from the inside so we could enter when we returned. It meant that even though she was inside, someone could open the door without using the key card. I felt extremely unsafe. Since checking out, I haven't received any apology email from the hotel. I'm very confused about the hotel's standards. If I hadn't tried opening the door without the key card, this wouldn't have happened. We wouldn't have known the door lock wasn't working. That's really bad.

Excellent 5-star service, suitable for the whole family.

The service is as good as ever. I'm impressed every time I stay here. The water park is fun for the kids, and the breakfast has a wide variety.

The staff were good and welcoming. However, one thing was that our room was next to the fitness room, which was noisy and made it difficult for my child to sleep. But the staff immediately changed our room without any conditions. Thank you so much! We will definitely return. We were very impressed.

We had to wait until almost 3 PM for a room and were given a room on the ground floor, even though we had requested an upper floor.
