Parking was great and the staff were helpful. The room was warm and the condition of the room was average and very basic. The bathroom was not good and was noisy when flushed. Need some facelift

A smile from the check in really makes a difference I feel. Great location and close to shops etc. we did watch one of the cleaning staff count out some cutlery but did it on the ground and a pretty disgusting habit to be honest. She then took them into a room coming back empty handed. We were placed right next to where people gathered to smoke and as non smokers we couldn’t leave a window open. The bathroom definitely had a musty smell to it and required better ventilation

Yes comfortable

Booked King Spa suite. Room was okay, nothing flash. But mattress was rock hard. Sore hip the next day! Basic older style motel with usual amenities. Quite clean.

Room hadits of i nsects

I had prepaid for the room yet they told me I hadn't so I paid at the motel. A higher fee than I had booked for. The room spelt of bleach. After going to my room I went back and confirmed that I had paid it through Hotels.com. They kept telling me I couldn't do that but then they found the booking. Gave me a credit to my credit card but after 5 days it still hasn't appeared! Bed was hard and got a sore back. Room very clean.

Clean room good parking

We don't know about the national park, cause we didn't visit it but the rest was comfortable, parking was good staff we're excellent, rooms we're clean and spacious, definitely visiting again in May, thank you again for the wonderful time.

Just fair, not bad, but not great either. Staff were nice and courteous. Room was overall clean, but dated and showing it's age, cracks in walls, could use a paint job, update of bathroom, vanity and fixtures. At almost $200 bucks a night, seemed a bit sad. Okay if you're in a pinch for a place to stay, however, would probably spend a few dollars more elsewhere to get a nicer room next time.
