Large central hotel with limited parking, excellent breakfast. The Hotel in general looks tired and a bit frayed at the edges. The room was clean, though the door rattled a bit, which we solved by propping a heavy bag against it. The room was very warm even with the radiator off.

Lovely staff. Warm and welcoming place. Very clean. a bit dated, moldy windows and a moldy spot on the ceiling. Would stay here again. Perfect location for those traveling by train.

Great central location in Oban. Our room overlooked the harbour with some beautiful scenery! The breakfast was amazing.

Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to Ferry terminal, train station and in the middle of a vibrant town center with good restaurants and shopping. Floors 3 and above have a great harbor view. Good breakfast buffet.

Stayed in single room..very small but bed very comfortable. Could do with curtains in room as blind very light or make sure bring eye mask and ear plugs needed ..very noisy from adjacent rooms.

Booked 4 nights here. I found staff rude and it was an inconvenience if you asked them something. Place is dirty and smells of damp. We left on day 2 of 4

My husband was locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door lock and had to be freed by staff. I also reported a wall light fitting hanging loosely from the bedroom wall. Very worrying lack of maintenance and safety checks.

Conveniently located… classic hotel with lots of charm. Clean, friendly and great value.

Room was clean and had a view of the ocean. Overall, very noisy doors seaming, showers in other rooms all hours of the night. I was closer to the back where there seemed to be a lot of people coming and going despite there only being 4 rooms.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel does look very dated though, and the carpets were very worn especially noticeable on the stairs. The room was clean and the hotel is in good location

Reception staff polite but wouldn't say friendly. Minimal contact with guests.

My room, as with the parts of the hotel I visited, is in need of refurbishment - fresh paint, new carpets etc - but everything was clean. No comment on either breakfast, bar or restaurant because I did not use any of them. Good for a one night stay and so convenient for Oban station.

Easy check in. Polite and friendly reception staff (both day and night shift). Good room. Serviced all my requirements. Hotel has a central Oban location. Breakfast perfectly adequate.
