Great hotel

This is one of the best properties my husband I have stayed in, and we travel a lot. The hotel is very clean, all the restaurants and bars served excellent food and cocktails, and the service was top-notch. Everyone, from the bartenders to the front desk staff, were friendly and so accommodating. Mauricio, the W Insider, made our stay even more special by making us reservations at local Speakeasy's and excellent restaurants each evening for dinner. He even booked me an appointment to get my hair blown out before the Lady Gaga show! Because he knew we were in town for the concert, he arranged for a surprise bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room before we left for the show. We felt absolutely spoiled. Also, I have to mention the amazing gym....private rooms with treadmills and machines...never experienced a hotel gym so nice! Having the metro connected to the hotel was extremely convenient as well. Thank you for everything...we will be back!

It was strange to have a room with no sunlight. Perhaps- describing that on your website would be good.

As always, clean room and facilities. Friendly and efficient staff. One of the reasons I always stay there.

W Montreal was an incredible stay. Centrally located within great restaurants, shopping & entertainment – our short stay in Montreal was elevated because of them. We took advantage of the concierge's recommendations for local places to eat and drink and we're quite impressed. Would definitely recommend!

Great room, location and friendly staff.

Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 so they upgraded us, which in theory is awesome but the room felt like a weird air BNB vs the king suite we had booked. The sink didn’t drain, the curtains were broken and the hallways literally stunk of the W scent. Shame, we like the hotel chain otherwise

Great staff, excellent restaurant, fun vibe!

The staff at the hotel were excellent, and they added to our experience. The hotel was very unique with some cool design features in the room. We also loved the large windows that allowed natural sunlight and an excellent view!
