While the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade from the loft suite to the 2 bedroom condo (loft suite was not ready by check in); the condo is in dire need to maintenance. Multiple light fixtures had burnt out light bulbs, the floor in the kitchen was cracked and lifting in a multiple spots, the dishwasher bottom tray is missing wheels, and the kitchen sink is lifted from the counter top. Several areas had chipped paint. The bath tub was not cleaned properly prior to our stay.

Great staff. Clean property with parking and close to downtown. Reasonable pricing with restaurant. Can't go wrong with this place for stay. Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing.

Room not ready at check in. We were there 3 days, it snowed and the outside stairs up to the loft were never cleared off, making this a safety issue. Outside electrical plug-in didn't work. Noticed silverfish in the upstairs bathroom of the loft. Sofa and chair had stains.

The room was clean and had coffee maker and kettle. Fridge and stove. I was unaware that the rooms were an outside entrance so had to take luggage up the stairs to get into my room. As i was there only one night it was not a big issue. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Room was cozy and a great value. The room was spacious and had everything needed to be comfortable for a week in Banff.

The front desk staff was excellent. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in which was disappointing. We plugged our vehicle in to only find out the next morning there had been a problem with the electrical plug ins Our vehicle barely started.

Absolutely pathetic.

A perfect place to stay in the mountains close to Banff central!

Zero insulation in the units. Can hear every single noise outside. Listened to screaming kids outside our unit while having an 8 month old try and sleep. Remote for tv didn’t work.

Clean room, and the room Has amenities such as coffee machine, electric water boiler, plates, bowls and silverwares. Very Convenient with families with kids.

Room was great Beautiful view of the Rockies from the room. Not far from town.

Staff were friendly, but the rooms need a little TLC. Overall a great spot.
