great facilities food choices were great, people were friendly

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

In short: this “hotel” offers all the charm of a budget sauna, the privacy of a shop window, and the tranquility of a construction site. Would I stay again? Only if they paid me. Where to begin? We booked a family room with a double and a single, arrived to find two singles instead. When we asked to fix it, they kindly offered… for an extra charge. The “air con” turned out to be a heater, so we woke up sweating like rotisserie chickens. When my daughter got sick, reception’s advice was to call an ambulance, for a cough and temperature. Turns out, they just switch off air conditioning in the “off season.” Genius. We tried opening the window, only to realise it faced a public staircas, perfect for giving strangers a free post-shower show. Add paper-thin walls, staff yelling and banging about like it’s a morning workout class, and a maid knocking at 8 a.m. like the police, and you’ve got the full experience. Unforgettable? Absolutely. Enjoyable? Not even close.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

At check in I was given a room that I did not accept. It smell bad, and beds were in terrible condition. Then I complained and I was given another room. That other room was acceptable but the mattress of one bed had a hole in it. Terrible mattress. The safe box did not work. The blower did not work. The flushing of the toilet was continuously running water and we had to stop the water manually in order to save water. Some of the outlets did not have electricity in them. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Lush hotel super clean and great location

The hotel was perfectly fine. Decor was a bit dated, but the room was large and spotlessly clean. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space and numerous pools. The aircon in my room did not work, so I had trouble sleeping well.

Smell of damp. Warn furniture. Could do with an update. Convenience for HC Hospital. I wasn't really there for a holiday anyway.

we had a lovey stay, comfortable and friendly. but the hotel swimming pool didnt open until 10:30 and closed at 6pm!! ridiculous

Overall it is a good hotel for the money .. I have seen better and worse it really depends on what you expect.. the outdoor setting is very nice and the staff are very good people 👍 to be fair it was worth the money..very good 👍 👏 👌

Was good stay, room was nice and comfortable but only issue one pool was open for all the guests and it got crowded very quickly

Such a lovely place, the staff were so helpful especially the gentleman who checked me in, The breakfast was a great bonus for the price, I was not expecting such a great selection including cooked food.

Beautiful place, lovely grounds and lovely staff, especially in the restaurant. Really good food too. Rooms are massive and very comfortabke, but the rooms look tiered and need modernising or redecorating.
