The receptionist said check-in was at 3 PM, but the guest waited until 3:12 PM and still didn't have a room. When asked when they would receive it, they were told they didn't know. The room fee was paid in full, but they kept delaying check-in.

Such a pleasant experience staying with them! Very nice hotel, good location, and friendly staff. The only downside is that they don't have a lift, but their rooms are only on the 2nd or 3rd floor, so if you need help with luggage, you can always ask their friendly staff to assist. You guys won't be disappointed when staying with them. Cheers!!

The staff were very attentive and enthusiastic.

The hotel is located about 3 km from the Old Town, making it inconvenient to walk there. The hotel offers free bicycles, however, Cua Dai road is quite narrow and busy, making cycling to the Old Town not entirely safe. On the other hand, the roads behind the hotel are very beautiful, perfect for cycling through the vast rice fields and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a complimentary snack consisting of Vietnamese pancakes, spring rolls, and chicken breast. The quality was acceptable, but the restaurant refused to serve additional dishes due to staff shortages. The rooms were clean and well-equipped for the price, although the swimming pool was quite small. A minor disappointment was being charged 100,000 VND for accidentally breaking the leg of the sign requesting a bed linen change, a problem that could have been easily fixed with glue. Small details like this should be done with paper to avoid inconvenience for guests. Conversely, the Happy Hour experience at the spa was a big plus, with good service and a reasonable price. Overall, the hotel is budget-friendly and has a quiet atmosphere, but the service and handling of minor incidents need improvement.

Amazing for the price. Large pool. Spacious room. Free bike rentals. Only 2-3km away from night market/walking street. Breakfast fresh eggs but few protein options and not as many Vietnamese cuisine as I would’ve expected. Overall one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend and stay again without a doubt if I’m in Hoi An again. The staff is extremely friendly!

Great service, friendly staff

The reception staff is friendly and attentive, the furniture is good and the garden view is super nice for taking photos. The minus point is that the bathroom does not have a separate place for washing face and toilet, there is only 1 common drainage place so it is quite inconvenient. In addition, the soundproofing is quite poor so it is quite noisy

The toilet seemed to be clogged so I slept through the night and the next morning I smelled urine.

Trải nghiệm vội khi book khách sạn lúc 8:30 tối và 10:00 tới checkin. Nhân viên thân thiện, cởi mở. Phòng view vườn ổn. Bể bơi cũng tốt. Buffet sáng nên đa dạng hơn nhưng giờ cũng phục vụ quá đủ. Có free xe đạp cho đi dạo quanh.

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, phòng rộng rãi, nhân viên lịch sự ân cần, buffets sáng ngon, rất đáng để lưu trú khi đến Hội An.

Quality hotel, pool too small, too cramped

The room is spacious but the soundproofing is too bad. And having breakfast is worse, far too sketchy. Quite disappointed. Next time won't come back here with family anymore.

Great hotel, great pool, delicious food far from the ancient city. But there is a shuttle.
