In the center of town and accessible to everything

Wonderful experience and helpful staff!

I do not usually write reviews of my stays at hotels but in this case I spent a fair amount of money for the room and property and I expected a better result. My dates for the hotel 11-15 May, 2026. I stayed in room #115 with my wife. The hotel and room were beautiful, but missing some amenities you would expect in a high end property. The room had an excellent desk but there was not a chair in the room that fit the desk. There were 2 very large arm chairs in the room that did not fit the desk. The room had a TV with several channels but did not have Netflix or any other streaming apps. Another room amenity missing - sheer curtains. The cost of the room was fair, but for that price I did not expect the hotel to charge an extra fee to utilize the in room safe. Also missing in the room a mini fridge. The high end quality of the property and price point for the guest rooms gives the patron high expectations. The Plaza did not meet those expectations with me.

Much larger than expected with nice sitting areas, quality wood and marble finishings, nice bathrooms with hooks and shelves, ice machine, great breakfast, good location, wonderful pool and leisure facility, bathrobes with slippers, most enjoyable stay.

The shower \ tub combination in the standard rooms needs to be replaced as its too small and unsafe. Staff were great except at check in with one staff member. Food at dining locations was good.

Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car and the concierge went above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us. Rooms were beautiful extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the nightlife with great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Killarney is a very walkable city and this hotel makes a great location as a base to go see the National Park, Mucross, or even taking a drive to Dingle. Highly recommend

Everything was as expected. The only suggestion would be to inform guests prior to arrival of the road closures in the downtown area that affect gps routing to their parking garage. The downtown area has road closures from late April to early July each year!

Breakfast was great! Evening bar was cozy and chilled. Right in the heart of town. Walked from/to bus/train stations. Comfortable bed!

Great place to stay and location was perfect. The staff was great and the entire property was very very clean. The pool is a hidden gem. Location is great for walking to almost anything. LOVED IT

Amazing stay. Couldnt have been more helpful when we arrived. Gave us an upgrade a tona suite and everything. We definately will be going back.

Our room was huge and we had a beautiful view of the Park (we were on the 4th floor). We had a massive TV in the room which was a lovely treat. We received welcome back card and chocolates! So thoughtful. Room was spotless.
