Granted, the small hotel is in the old part of town. But we had to kill a bug in our room. Besides, the AC did not work, and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was basic, lacking any service for seating or coffee. The men's bathroom on the first floor was overwhelming with the stench of urine.

Great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, Maria, Chari and the gentleman with the glasses. Irma is a sweetheart, we needed a bigger room to fit in with all of our luggages and Irma was kind enough to take us to check different rooms suitable for us. The breakfast was great and the lady working at it very sweet. The cleaning lady was wonderful. The hotel is closed to everything. I would stay there again. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana while in Seville! The hotel is conveniently located extremely close to the Cathedral and the Alcazar and near a lot of restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the property itself is lovely and extremely clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom and shower, and had built-in bunk beds that our boys loved. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with loads of great options and was a great way to start our days in Seville. The city itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend the Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana to anyone visiting Seville!

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, the location was excellent and the room, those small, had all modern conveniences.

Very clean and well kept. The location was the highlight, easy walks to everything we were interested in. Entrance can be hard to locate the first time.

Yes the whole hotel was spotless and clean Breakfast was excellent !!. The only minor problem which I can mention is the noise and shouting made by the guests in the common area while waiting for their taxis etc. Obviously something beyond the hotel management. The hotel is also well positioned . All the salient points of Seville are all within a walking distance.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Wide variety of cheeses, meats, pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. for breakfast. Very filling. Everything was walkable and no need for Uber or public transportation. Bike rental was appreciated. Great stay for our family of four. Highly recommend.
