The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400

Stayed only one night but had a great time. The hotel is convenient located with a rooftop overlooking the Taj Mahal. Staff is very friendly and helpful; specially Sebastian who greeted us with a friendly smile. Definitely recommended!

We scheduled a pick up and no one showed. Bathroom not clean. Staff very unhelpful in many ways and the location kind of sucked.

Overall, the hotel is an oasis in a chaotic city. The staff is efficient and kind. This may be a 5-star hotel by Jaipur standards, but it's closer to a 3.5-star hotel by US standards, mainly because the rooms are a bit dated. The breakfast is incredible, and there are many options for dinner. The Asian restaurant's execution is uneven. It's fine for a night or two.

Great hotel, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. They have couple of nice restaurants for locan and international food. The location is ok, but can’t just go out and walk around. Its in the middle of a very busy road with no pedestrian. It is not comfortable to walk outsode.

We had a nice twin room on the 7th floor labeled “Business Class”. The Beds and Pillows were very comfortable and we slept well and awoke refreshed. The variety available for Breakfast was excellent and the Staff is very courteous.

Great hotel and breakfast absolutely amazing. Downside is lack of restaurants and cafes around the hotel - there’s no where you can walk to. Hotel should offer a shuttle service into the main city area as it’s a bit isolated

Dated property. Terrible bathrooms and toilets. Uncomfortable beds. Not so professional reception staff. Food and dining area staff were good.

Confiscated items from me like I was a criminal upon check in. I had two bottles of whiskey which were gifts but the manager insisted that I hand them over. At check the receptionist treats you like criminal while checking the room for mini bar consumption. They must have some seriously bad guests that stay there that force them to have these policies. Bathroom is poorly designed with water from bath shower going everywhere. Paint fumes overwhelming in the lift. Not a good place to stay. Try elsewhere.

Buffet was great. The pool was dirty.

Excellent service and excellent breakfast. Only thing, it’s bit absurd to not to allow outside food even in the room.

Very good stay, staff were very friendly. We received an upgrade because we are on our Honeymoon which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent room with service to match. Very good restaurant for sinner, breakfast buffet good. But excellent staff is the standout.
