There was a little mold in the room.shower curtains were dirty exspecially around the bottom.staff was great but tenant above actually spit off his balcony landing on my grandsons foot which really pissed me off and he was stomping around up stairs throughout the whole day. Air-conditioning was super loud needs replaced people were washing their rims n tires on property which we found weird .but for the price was ok.

We were looking for a modest and clean room that had a good price. This hotel was perfect.

This place is dump and a stain to Expedia's reputation. Scuzzy, zero amenities, dilapidated in dire need of demolition.

Good price and good location

There was a foul smell in the room and it was too noisy; you could hear the TV from the next room and also when someone walked upstairs you could hear their footsteps.

The room was dirty and had lights that were out there was damage to the walls and ceiling and mold in the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good and the food was good which was probably the best part of the stay

The property was very clean and the front desk staff friendly and efficient. It’s a no frills hotel as one would expect, but good value for money and walking distance to several eating establishments.

Great value for the room. Comfortable bed, good TV with many channels, great water pressure in shower. Nice to have outside door for easy access to car, but still have internal door to hallway for quick access to ice machine and lobby.

Great stay.

Spacious room with tables on each side of the bed, coffee table was a good size and the tv was big. Desk was a great for a laptop or tablet with lots of plug ins for devices. Shower was large and had instant hot water and a non-slip bottom in the tub. Large mirrors, security locks were present on both doors, one led to the hallway and the other to the parking lot with lots of spaces and easy maneuvering. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Many restaurants close by, some fast food and others for more fine dining. Price was better than most for all the value. I’ll remember it for my next stay in Castlegar.
