room very clean and friendly staff!

Second stay, still basic but has everything you need for couple of comfortable nights. Staff are all lovely. Rooms and communal areas all lovely and clean.

Breakfast could’ve been better.

Room was clean and organised (missed a kettle but that’s minor) staff were all really friendly. Breakfast was nice enough. A little pricey for what it is but all cooked well and tasty. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean and thoughtful customer service. I came in around 1am and loved they were able to whip up a hot sandwich and chips for me.

Solid hotel if you have a car. Good staff, good bed, amenities minimal but still good.

Nice hotel, located close to the motorway. We use it regularly on trips down to the Costa del Sol. Staff always friendly & helpful and there's always decent parking on the road close to the hotel.

Its a typical IBIS. Nothing fancy but seemed a bit slow at check in and the cafe was a bit slow to take orders.

I had a fantastic time at Ibis Getafe. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to the metro/train station into the city centre. Local amenities like shopping centre and restaurants also in close proximity. The service at the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast is very good as well. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Madrid to stay at the ibis Getafe.

Convenient room setup. Great ambiance in hotel lobby / cafe / restaurant area! Always people working or enjoying themselves. Staff is nice and breakfast is very good! Had a lovely stay. Home away from home :)

Good price and great for transport links.

The hotel was very clean , everything you needed. On busy road but had anti noise windows so didnt hear a thing. Staff very friendly great location to get to places

Great location, for parking and taking train into the city. Our second stay, seemed too busy for its own good ,only 1 receptionist checking in so a big wait and bathroom was very tired

Safe and convenient to the center of Madrid

Good value for money hotel in Getafe. It's not glamorous, but one is not paying through the nose for it. There's a Lidl nearby for groceries, and an on-site bar/café. The local pan-Asian restaurant, Dragon Kitchen, is really good value for money.
