The location of the Bristol is excellent - near the train station and lots of wonderful restaurants. The breakfast buffet gives you a good start to the day. It always has yummy food to enjoy. Jeremy was most helpful in making our stay easy and enjoyable. We'll definitely return to the Bristol next time we're in Avignon.

Great place in Avignon !

The hotel was being refurbished so we had to walk through dusty areas and floors with plastic and tape all over them.

We love the European boutique hotels and this was great. The location is right where we wanted to be in the old town area with so many shops and restaurants and, of course, the Papal Palace. The hotel staff was very friendly, the lobby and breakfast area was spacious and our room was just right. It was larger than many European hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for our things and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet at night.

Hotel en excelente ubicación para recorrer a pie la ciudad por dentro de la muralla. De fácil acceso, muy buen desayuno bufé, personal extremadamente amable que se esforzaron por entender nuestras necesidades aún con las barreras del lenguaje siendo nosotros hispanohablantes. Lo mejor de todo fue el personal del hotel, desde el check in hasta el check out.

Great location- it is pretty much one of the first buildings when you step off the train. Fun decor.

The location is very convenient to so many tourist attractions and completely walkable. The hotel is clean and comfortable and breakfast has many options. There are many stairs before the elevator and staff was super helpful with my luggage for that.

This hotel is in a very good location with everything in walking distance. The staff is very nice and the room is very clean. The only problem we had was the room temperature. It was so hot at night that we didn’t have a good sleep but we were unable to adjust the AC! When I checked this hotel before booking, I had the impression that I had to bring all of my toiletries because they are not listed in the room amenities section, neither is the housekeeping service, but this hotel provides everything so Expedia should correct these information,

Close to everthing. Comfortable beds. 3.3eu to take train from TGV station to Avignon Center... took 25 minutes, including train wait, plus another 5-min walk to hotel. Took Uber back to TGV station... 13eu's. Under ten minutes.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. The location was excellent, it was within a good walking distance to the Palais and close to restaurants and shops. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the buffet breakfast (added for a cost) was great. Our room was clean and a good size for 3 people. Would highly recommend.

Great choice of hotel. It is located in the very center of Avignon where bars and restaurants are. It is a pleasant walk to explore the city and its heritage. Staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. We stayed in March. The hotel rate is exceptionally good for what we got.

Good old fashioned hotel refitted with tastefully. Close to station and cit6 centre. Room was on small size but ok for fw days. Bath was too hight and hard to step out plus bathroom windows were still the old one and could not open. Not ideal for sunny days. Breakfast was good but could not see the point in pancakes if served cold. Ceiling in conservatory / breakfast room was peeling off and needed clenaning.
