We stayed for a total of 8 days and the location was great close to metro train station and different food and shopping centers! Breakfast was delicious and fresh also had daily cleaning. My only complaint would be the pool although great size the water definitely needs to be changed smelled and burned eyes Instantly (my husband accidentally swallowed some water and he immediately threw up) and pool maintenance needs to be done since pieces were missing and broken in pool! We love to stay at hotels with pools for daily swimming :) Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend for families and friend traveling

We checked in and our room reeked of cigarette smell. We told the front desk they said they were full and no other rooms were avaliable. I then called Expedia for help. The woman called the hotel for a refund and they said it was a nonrefundable reservation. I then went back to the front desk to ask about their smoking policy and they said its a non smoking facility. I then reiterated that our room smelled like cigarettes and they sent someone to check it. They did agree that it smelled and found us another room. It shouldn't have needed to be that difficult to get a satisfactory room.

Breakfast is poorly served, options are not appealing. The hotel has a pool area very loud. It was Friday and music played until 1 am. I requested to be placed ina quieter room and I do not think it is available at all. If you are a tourist it could be a crashing place but for business, forget it

Visited March 2026 from the U.S. Stayed for a week and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was well kept and clean.

The pool and bar were nice. Centrally located to transportation, shopping, and dining.

Clean room, they kept the rooms clean every single day. Very friendly staff. I feel like breakfast could have been changed up a bit but overall an excellent experience

For a budget friendly travel this hotel was the right pick. From arrival to departure their customer service was good. The pool was relaxing, the room was very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. I would definitely recommend them if you're staying in Panama for less than a week or if you're looking an economical hotel. The hotel is close to stores, train station and restaurants.

The hotel is nice overall and the rooms are nice (especially the bathrooms) however the noise level from the hotel’s own restaurant is ridiculous. loud music until 4am despite being in the room “that I wouldn’t hear anything” hotels should allow for sleeping and to tell us upon check in when we have no other option isn’t helpful. front desk and valet staff were very nice

The location is ideal, there are stores within walking distance, easy to get to the metro. The room was generally clean but could have used some more/better lighting. The staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The hot water was not very hot. The breakfast was timely and consistent.

If you book this hotel, expect everything to be close by.

They do need more seating and umbrellas for shade on hot days,But otherwise it clean and nice.
