Older hotel but good value. It is a group entertainment facility so be prepared for coach tour festivities. Avoid rooms close to the entry to the wing doors. They bang late and start early to wake you. The lifts can be a challenge. Sometimes out of order issues and long waits to escape or exercise your step climbing up and down.

Worth the money, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was not always hot.

Staff were great, room was clean, nice buffet breakfast and bar. The only downside is the decor, it is very dated, it was a bit like stepping back in time to the 70’s but location was great so would probably go back if in that area again.

The room was clean, bed linen fresh and the bed comfortable. The hotel and room looked a little tired with its décor and could do with a refresh. Only stayed a single night at a very good rate and would do so again.

For a 1 night stay it was ok… upgraded to an executive room.. not sure what we got for the extra! Room was very basic, but for the price couldn’t grumble too much. Room was not setup as a double as requested, but reception was quick to get this organised. Did notice when maid came and change the bedding etc, that underneath was stained and not very nice. Basic amenities onsite. Paid for the upgrade for breakfast included. Not worth the money, buffet style with not much of an option. Could have purchased elsewhere down the road for same price and better quality. For the price it was good. But not for more than 1 night.

The room was exactly as described, clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There was an issue with the lift during my visit, which was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise everything was fine. Overall, good value for money and a pleasant stay for the price.

Had one of the smallest rooms in the hotel but it was quite quaint. As we were only staying one night, it wasn't a problem.

We stayed here before getting the ferry early the next morning. We paid for an early check in but due to traffic we’re late but our room was still not ready. The whole place felt a bit outdated but the location was great. There are nearby EV chargers but the on site parking is a bit sketchy.

Nice food Friendly staff. Well equipped and spacious room. Reasonable entertainment. But need to change the restaurants on their website as they advertise what they do not do. Lifts need looking at as lifts to floor 7 and above both went out.

Pretty grotty hotel and not disabled/blue badge friendly. Paper thin walls, could hear the person next door grunting on the toilet. Feral looking bathroom.
