Business trip. Wonderful hotel in a great location. Parking was easy (which counts for lot when travelling for work), hotel was architecturally interesting and full of history, and the rooms were quaint and clean. Above all the staff were brilliant. Will definitely stay again when passing through.

Petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix en sucré et salé (il y a même du saumon fumée). Très bien situé en plein centre ville. Face à la grande place, des chalets de Noël et de la grande roue. Very helpful staff, easy parking, nice hotel.

While the staff were very helpful and courteous, the rooms we had (Junior suites) were very old and dated, contrary to the suggestion the site has been renovated in 2022. Apparently executive suites only. Breakfast very good and dinner exceptional!

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Room was large and very clean. Bed comfy although on the soft side. Good WiFi, nice bathroom with good quality toiletries. Excellent breakfast included. A bit of street noise but not bad. Effective curtains. Room could use modernising so that plug sockets are easier to access. Nice staff. Excellent location on main square, 5 minutes walk from railway station with lots of places to eat/drink within 10 minutes walk. Would be very happy to stay here again

Kortrijk was a lovely surprise, hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Clarins toileties adds to the luxury feel.I will definitely be back on my future travels.

Good location and has parking on site. The single rooms are quite basic.

Charming, stylish and attentive

Days gone by. No A/C, no deadbolts on doors, weird parking, old TV/Cable. No A/C, not even in their restaurant or lobby. Old. Run down. Breakfast buffet in the open with flies/bugs on it. Bread was old, with milk taken from table and poured into coffee machine. Yikes!

An old Fashion Hotel but the room was well renovated modern. Breakfast had all the basics.

Very nice hotel - clean room - high service and good restaurant

Very well-positioned hotel for the center of Kortrikt. New modern rooms and very clean and efficient hote. My only issue is that as a UK traveler, we do expect tea and coffee facilities in the room, which were not there.
