Awesome hotel, many parking slots, modern, clean, … Jeremie was a great guy explaining everything, he is polite and respectful. The pool was good and had everything you need, towels, drinking fountain water, showers… The gym is very good too, it has towels and good equipment. The only problem was at breakfast, it was very overcrowded so you might have difficulty finding a place to sit down. The rooms had everything you need and if you don’t have adapters for the plugs in Canada you have usb’s in many plugs.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at The Hampton Inn Laval with our dog and it was an awesome experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast offered was delicious everyday and the coffee was excellent! What made our stay memorable was the kindness and thoughtfulness of one of their employees named Eric! Eric is the epitome of what front desk reception should be and always has a smile and caring heart. Our dog’s name is Mabel but he nicknamed her “Ma Belle” and she loved every minute of his attention! On any trips we make to Laval, we will stay at the Hampton Inn and always look for Eric! Thank you Eric for your thoughtfulness! Brian and Cynthia Taylor…and of course, Mabel (Ma Belle!)

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval for years because it’s close to my family and, until now, reliably quiet and predictable. This most recent stay ended that relationship. We were informed there would be renovations. What we were not told was that this would involve active jackhammering and concrete demolition directly beneath our room. It was not light sound, but concussive and continuous, enough that the floor itself seemed to transmit For reference: sustained exposure to sound at or above 85 decibels is widely recognized as the threshold at which hearing damage can begin. Jackhammers typically operate in the 100–110 decibel range. That is not an inconvenience-level disturbance. That is industrial noise. It caused obvious stress to my spouse and me, and acute anxiety in our dog, who reacted to each impact as if it were a physical threat. Renovations are understandable. What isn’t acceptable is the lack of transparency about their scale and intensity. Had we known heavy concrete breaking was happening under occupied guest rooms, we would have rescheduled. Instead, we were left to endure it. After years of choosing this hotel out of loyalty and convenience, I won’t be returning. The issue isn’t that construction was happening. It’s that guests were not given enough information to make an informed decision about whether to stay.

We had a great stay despite the construction. We were there in a weekend so the work didn’t really impact us. Our room was brand new, clean and well designed. Jeremy at the front desk was very personable and engaging - he always chatted with us when we were coming and going. A true hospitality professional.
