The view is fantastic.

The lobby is gorgeous with an amazing afternoon breeze. The views of the cliff divers were spectacular! Alvaro in the restaurant was the best waiter! Very attentive, professional and friendly.

Hotel needs some renovations. View was amazing, room was clean. It’s just that needs some new caulking in the bathroom and AC didn’t work properly.

Hot foods weren't hot enough

The room that we got was very bad, we ask for an upgrade and they changes the room with a charge extra $158. Dollars for the ungreat. Very disappointed.

The rooms are disgusting, so outdated! I asked for a room close to the entrance of hotel and they gave me with, so many stairs mind you, i just had knee surgery.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Restaurant food was terrible and over priced The room wasn’t cleaned well Shower head was out dated no hot water Doors are shallow and can hear everything in hall ways check out process was the worst waited an hour while a staff inspected the room to be able to leave property

At time to check out we were ask to wait until they check the room and they came with a towel saying it has some stains and we were charge 20 0 pesos cause they have to wash the towel

Staff, pool, dinner and divers spectacle was awesome, the place is in remodeling works in some places, so that has some small inconveniences. My family and myself had a great time overall.
