Basic but well executed: Clean, comfortable. Food exceeded my expectations, open late and high quality.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Price is very good and rooms are comfortable. Definitely recommended!

My best decision on a stopover on MTY airport was to book this hotel. Great staff, best buffet restaurant and the facilities have been renovated. Shuttle transportation works like the clock and experience was best. Sadly not all stopovers are so cool as this one. Thanks folks.

They went to pick us up from the airport and didn’t make us wait too much.

The room was very hot, it took 4 hours to get a little cool. The tiles in the shower have mold No iron No chair in the room

Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was included with our stay, and my 9-year-old son was served spoiled milk. He drank about half a glass before we realized it had gone bad. This is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. We reported it to the front desk and requested an incident report. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the hotel’s standards and would not stay here again.

Nada recomendable No limpian bien Baños mal planeados. No tienen accesorios. Falta limpieza profunda

Muy amable el personal, el hotel esta bien, es un hotel de negocios con precio accesible, buena su ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto, todo iba bien, Pero… el WC del baño estaba sucio!!! un pequeño detalle que arruina todo, era muy tarde cuando llegue lo unico que queria era dormir, fuera de ese detalle, todo bien

Booked this hotel because it included airport shuttle. Called previously, was told just to call to let them know I had landed called again, never answered therefore I had to get an Uber. Staff was not helpful at all.

Pros: minutes from the airport, 24 hour shuttle, helpful staff. Cons: blood stain on my pillow, roaches in the hallway.
