The Breakfast, the staff Wonderful! We got a really nice room, but the carpet was dirty, and we found candy under the bed. The beds were clean, pool area was nice. Overall I'd stay here again, I think the vacuuming was just overlooked.

When we arrived our room was not cleaned , we had to go to front desk and tell them and one staff members response was sorry hope you can find somewhere else. The other staff member quickly found another room that worked and was helpful. They are using the excuse of not washing bedding and changing towels everyday for environmental purposes to also not come into the rooms and clean up garbage and make the beds. We found contact lenses on the floor and some weird sticky spot on the floor. The hotel pool was great and the kids loved it but the rooms are as rated about 6-7 out of 10. On the bright side rates are low. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Not the worst stay I’ve had but hire some cleaning staff and put some effort in and it could be far better.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. We found used Kleenex’s and an open bag of cheetos in the cupboards. Bathroom floors were dirty as well. The room had a poorly installed window air conditioner that didn’t work well. The TV and cable were glitchy as well. Overall a really poor stay. The staff was the only helpful thing about this hotel. They were accommodating and tried their best to rectify the situation. Don’t stay here.

For the price this is a really good place. A bad thing is the check in is at 4 and the room wasn’t ready until 4:45.

My wife and I booked this property as Expedia advertised a room with three beds. When we arrived just before midnight, the front desk told me they didn’t have that room available. Since made do with a standard room with only two beds. Since we booked and prepaid on Expedia, front desk let me know there was nothing they could do to refund the difference in price between the two rooms. The hotel is dated, but the staff tried their best. We were thankful for a good night sleep and a warm breakfast!

PULL DOWN on the shower spout to have a shower! That caused 2 in our party to have baths. Breakfast was fabulous. Building is dated but looks to be getting some updates. Although the hallway was dated and smelled, the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall especially for a family, budget friendly hotel, good value for your money.

Our first room was muggy and the a/c didn’t work. We were moved to a room where the a/c wouldn’t turn off. Pick either a steam room or a walk-in freezer… yikes. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and not as advertised. My experience with the hotel and Expedia’s management of this booking is atrocious.

Clean newly renovated room. Great breakfast, Gym was modern and in good shape. Hot tube was very nice.

We stayed here just for one night before we drive the 10hr stretch to home.The room we got is quiet (thankgoodness because we needed a good sleep) although the ac was a bit hot and can't be adjusted we had a great sleep at this hotel. The pool and hot tub were great and my kids loved the slide. The lady at the front desk was helpful. She was also the lady at 10pm closing the pool she was very accomodating to our questions. We all love hot buffet breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and kids loved the pool. Staff were helpful at check in and explained breakfast. The kids played for hours with other families. The lobby and down the halls from the pool smell strongly of chlorine and you hear every whisper and key jingle from your room.

Room was clean but things needed to be replaced. The TV box stopped working after 15 minutes and it was too late for maintenance to come. The headboard had chunks of leather missing. Good value for the money. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Eggs two ways, ham and sausage, pancakes and waffles. Cereal, pastries and a variety of fresh fruit.

The bathroom door knob didn’t work. The room was not very clean. Felt dirty. Very run down. Not clean. Staff was nice.

The room was reasonably comfortable. It would be nice if they provided pillows that aren't fluff balls as an option too. The breakfast is great and has almost anything you could want. The pool was out of service when we were there, but we wouldn't have had time to use it anyway. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Medicine Hat. It is reasonably priced and includes every thing you could need, complete with a great hot breakfast. That in itself is worth an extra $30 for 2 people!

Got the room as requested and no problem checking late. Good quiet location and decent rooms for the price. Better than most hotels in the immediate area.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Everything worked in the room.
