I asked the from desk to check out at 12:30 due to a last-minute meeting.... They said no, they needed the room. I walk outside and ask the housekeeper and both said they have other rooms to get to first so it's not a problem.... Just one example of how the front desk staff was not really friendly...... Also, bathrooms were not renovated. Last complaint, I paid for a sea view, and the view was not the greatest due to putting me on a low floor. Overall..... It was ok.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very spacious. Gorgeous breakfast setting and amazing food selection. Staff were super helpful, the free shuttle was extremely convenient. Very easy to use the beach club, and also really enjoyed the hotel pool. Would recommend to anyone, and if we are back in split we would book again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel, the room felt a little outdated, Some lights in the bathroom didn't work. Staff was very polite and helpful. The Spa are is very nice. The hotel is not oceanfront, but a very short walk away from the beach. Safe area. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was lovely but we were disappointed by the near by construction work and noise and would like to have known our room would be impacted before we booked. All staff were great, breakfast was good, buffet was nice although pricey and we were told they ‘didn’t have tap water’! Given we were ordering other drinks we didn’t think it was a big ask! There is a complimentary bus into Split, the staff also were helpful before our stay in recommending a tour operator that would pick us up from the hotel. This was great for the early starts we had visiting Plitvice and Dubrovnik. We used the airport pick up service (65 euros each for 2 people each way), uber would have been a lot cheaper and I think a normal taxi too in hindsight. Overall though, we had a great stay and I would recommend it but try to avoid the room in old building.

Amazing

Wonderful Amenities in a good location on city center with great access to the beach and beautiful pools. Only negative was the rooms are out of date. But we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was such a big deal. 15 minutes drive to old town split.

At first we were a little disappointed with our view because it no isn’t really a beach view - but the water view is beautiful and you can get to the beach in just a short walk. They have a very nice cabana area and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas so we did get out beach time! Everything else was magnificent - terrific food and bountiful breakfast buffet- staff was incredibly Helpful and very nice. They even scrounged up some super glue to help us repair a shoe!

this property is not on the beachfront!! You have to walk down 10 flights of stairs to go to the beach and you have to pass through some pretty nasty unfinished half done buildings to get there. Their dinner buffet was really poorly educated. All the meat was cold. The rooms are decorated in a blue fishy style, but the atmosphere is unpleasant. there was no staff to help us with our bags or guide us to our rooms

Excellent location of this hotel. Nice walk to beach and awesome beach club. The breakfast was great. Views are awesome. The pool was a bit cold. Definitely would stay again.

The best hotel to stay in, in Split

The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. Maintenance does not seem to be consistent at this property. The elevator kept going to floor 5 and staff knew about it for some time, I found out. Check in was slow, and no perks were offered even though the hotel was not full. A general lack of attention to detail in general. I had 2 spa days, 2 meals at the hotel, and stayed in a junior suite, but no awareness of priority guests was observed. It could have been a positive experience, but it was not. The spa therapists were both very good. The only bright spot. I didn't stay for breakfast because the clean table I sat at was actually dirty even though it was set. Again, just attention to detail missing. Unfortunate. I would not return.

I loved this hotel. Lots of amenities, genuinely helpful staff and a marvellous breakfast. It is right on the beach with a great walkway in either direction. I treated myself to the Spa as well - I would recommend for a pamper.

What a great property and location. The bad news...loud construction RIGHT outside our room promptly at 7:00 a.m. and that construction will not be ending anytime soon. Booked a twin room and they charged $13.50 to separate the beds from the King configuration. Otherwise, clean, friendly staff, and fabulous breakfast buffet.
