This is a well-maintained, 300-year-old wooden house with friendly staff, a delicious breakfast buffet, and great coffee. A free Interlaken area pass was provided. City tax was paid at the counter upon check-in. My room was on the 3rd floor with a nice view, but there was no refrigerator. There was a fan for use when it was hot, but it was cool at night, and the heater worked well!
