The hotel was fine, but for how expensive it was it just wasn’t worth it. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up, we were in a connecting room which had very thin walls and our neighbours had a dog which barked at all hours they weren’t there. Why you are putting a dog next to a connecting room I don’t know, and we requested a queen bed (we sleep on one at home) and it was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. I’m not sure if there are different sizes of queens but it felt like a double and me and my partner were so uncomfortable squeezing onto it. I mentioned the dog barking at checkout and basically it got brushed off and told why didn’t I say anything earlier, so that was frustrating.

The one thing that we would strongly encourage you to do is update is your pillows. It felt like sleeping on a bowl of pudding. Firmer pillows would go a long way. Otherwise, very happy, excellent staff and facilities.

Very clean and well designed and decorated. Great breakfast. Wonderful friendly, hard working staff. Reasonalble considering other hotels close by.

Very kind and helpful staff , clean and not noise neighbors, excelent swimming pool and tobogán. Pretty close to any amenities and only 15 mins away to Sylvanlake..... room 414 maybe haunted top drawer from the tv it opens by it self randomly times. Nothing to be scared of. Lol ;) Highly recommended and yes I will return to it. Thank you to all the staff.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the pool was great with lots of seating, and breakfast was the standard offering but it was very clean in there and it was just well done. We would stay again.

The hotel was great in terms of cleanliness and functionality (especially for the price compared to other hotels in Red Deer). I'd stay again. My only issue is that I had to leave at 1:30am due to noise on my floor from rowdy individuals. At the point that hotel staff was escalating it with them, I was already wide awake. There was no point for me to stay and I hit the road back home at 2am. Front desk staff was extremely understanding and notified me that I will be receiving a refund, so once that is processed I will increase my rating.

The customer service went above and beyond. We couldn’t find my daughter’s baseball pants she needed for a tournament and if we ordered from Amazon to our house it wouldn’t arrive in time for her tournament. I phoned and asked if it would be alright to have them delivered to the hotel as they would arrive on time. The pants arrived in time the weekend was saved. I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the welcome treat when we arrived to accommodating multiple baseball teams, the staff did a phenomenal job. Given the choice I would stay here again and again. Thanks for everything!

The doors or walls to the hallway are not very soundproof. Guests and staff in the hallway could be heard as if the door was open.

Was fresh clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable and good variety of pillows. Our room was spacious.

When I first arrived, I was greeted so warmly by Lindsay. She is an absolute gem and check in was seamless. She told me of the breakfast, pool, exercise room, ice machine, it all! She was on duty when I checked out and once again, it was an exceptional experience. I will always check this great hotel first when I travel to Red Deer. Thanks Lindsay!
