Room was dirty with the tub full of water when i moved in. Breakfast was only cold options and in such a tiny area of the office where all the zillions of people could barely climb over each other to grab a slice of bread which disappeared in seconds. Ultimately I just went to the nearby Tim Hortons. Swimming pool is non existent in case someone expects that. And the stairs to go upstairs has filthy carpets throughout. I think they should move to tiles instead as a more hygienic option. Will not recommend this place.

Property us not well maintained but good for the amount if money I paid for it.

The property is worn and not clean at all. The room assigned to us wasn't the same as shown in the picture when we booked it on Expedia. The amenities in the room weren't adequate for our family; The bed was dirty when we checked in and we had to ask for additional bedsheets so that we can change them with the dirty sheets.

Best Budget Inn was comfortable, quiet, cool and clean in the room but the outside areas needed work. Needs more power receptacles. The indoor pool was being used for storing old furniture. Stairs were dicey. Breakfast was OK but items (cereals, waffles, juice, yogurt) were depleted by half time.

People who work there were very helpful. The AC is excellent.

Good value for the price. The hotel is simple but clean, and it’s a decent option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay.

Toilet plugged in our room, the second plunger I was given allowed me to fix it myself! The second lock on the door was broken, the Kleenex box in the bathroom had two tissues in it, no plugs for the sink or bathtub, no face cloths. We were given two room cards to unlock our room, only one worked - went to the office twice to get it working, with no luck so I gave up. The bed mattress was great though!

Rooms had very stained and dirty carpets. The pool looks to have been closed a long time with no hope of opening back up. The room also smelled heavily of marijuana. Got us through the night, but wouldn't stay here again.

For the price point: great! However our king size room with sofa bed was marginally stocked: we had one bath sheet and one towel, and the sofa bed pulls to a single. Thankfully we had an air mattress as we’ve been camping prior to check in, and fortunately we had our sleeping bags as there was no spare linens to be found in the room. By the time we figured that out, the kids were exhausted and navigating staff was low on the priority list. The bed itself in 220 was sinking in the middle, but we didn’t have the time to speak with the reception staff to give them a heads up on our way out (Sorry!) The pool is closed, continental breakfast was sparsely supplied with arguably the hottest lobby possible. Parking was totally fine imo. The new flooring in the room looks great, I’m sure the owners are slowly and surely making progress.

some facilities are not working.

We looked for the cheapest hotel for our family and we got what we expected! The room was clearly old, but was clean. Breakfast was basic but much appreciated. The pool was out of service, which bummed the kids out but we walked to McDonald’s instead and got ice cream, so everyone was placated.

Staff was great. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Ionizer would be a cheap quick fix

The room does its job for one night staying there.

Cheap and the AC worked.

False advertising. No pool as advertised. Property was in need of much R&R and cleaning.

Okay for one night if you're driving through Kamloops. Our room definitely could have used some TLC.
