Very good location

Incredible property and staff! A little dream vacation with kids! Wish we would have stayed longer, my 9 year old is already asking to come back for her birthday.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the staff — they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I was unable to get booking directly with the Westin so I booked through Expedia. I booked a deluxe room. The room was not cleaned properly and also they gave me an acccessible room. The water bottles were opened and not replaced and the smell was terrible. They swapped us. The pullout couch matress was all wires and my daughter had to sleep with us. No extra blanket. But the most disappointing was the service! Will not be coming back! Very disappointing!

Our stay at the Trillium House was amazing! We brought our dog and they fully supported that. The hotel was clean, room were spacious and just a short walk to all the activities. Overall a great stay, would absolutely recommend!

Very disappointing experience as I did not get the room that I had reserved. Was supposed to have a Mountain view suite, but the Hotel did not honor my reservation which I made through Hotels.com. We will never go back to this hotel again......

When I completed my reservation, withv Expedia the booking clearly indicated that free parking was included. However, upon a check-out, I was informed that I would be charged $45 for parking.but I denied. Something was fishy ecpedia need to address this eith hotel management
