I'd booked rooms which on Expedia clearly showed two single beds and the description of the room said sleep 3 persons, however the hotel had apparently not allocated these rooms to the bookings so my team of guys were faced with sharing double beds, which is not acceptable. It needs to be clearer when booking what the layout of the room will be that you actually book.

Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

Standard hotel for the price, but watch out for the food. I got food poisoning!

The hotel was bright and spacious, but as I was basically using it as a place to sleep, I did not avail myself of too many of its facilities. On the down side, we had four very noisy and inconsiderate women in two rooms close by ours. The two young children in the room next to us (about 4 and six years old) were as quiet as 'a dormouse'.

Hotel needs a good refurbishment inside and out side

Just up from the busy part of Lloret, this comfortable hotel is very good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a very pleasant stay, nice room, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

I have stayed at the samba many times the hotel is always clean and tidy with a helpful reception and night security. This time I stayed with a friend we had 2 rooms next to each other on the top floor over looking the pool we had great views off lloret it's self and could even see the sea This hotel is a 2 star if you want a great hotel pay the extra if you want a bed for the night and to get out enjoy your holiday the samba is great a shirt walk in to town or fenals loads off pubs food places. Only down side a hill both sides to walk up

Good holiday resort. Big buffet breakfast, live music every night and close to the town centre. Old decor but looks like a typical Spanish hotel

The room was pretty much the same as every other hotel we've stayed at in Lloret, and I've been quite a few times. We checked in late and it took about 5 minutes. It was quick and the staff were all lovely. Our room was a bit old and dated, but it was clean and very comfortable. To be honest it was much more pleasant than I was expecting from previous reviews. It looks like they've started doing some work as well. I'll definitely be back.

Please do not stay here. 22 of us stayed for a 50 th birthday party fully inclusive. The rooms were dirty, the food and drink was just awful and the staff were very unhelpful. This definitely was not a 3 star hotel more of a 1 star or below !!! Most of the rooms that we had had doors that wouldnt lock and the smell of decomposing rubbish on the balconies was truly terrible. The tvs in the rooms were from the 1960 s and in one room we had there were white marks over the top cover on the bed. We stayed one night ( out of a 3 night break) and moved to another hotel. Please do not stay here.

Hotel Samba has a nice pool, great breakfast and good diner
