The room is excellent, but the central heating was too high and seemed impossible to turn down.

Way above our expectations ! Hotel and staff were amazing, particular mention to Karina in the restaurant !!! Sadly we were only there for an overnight stop, would loved to have spent more time there. Definitely next time!!

Beautiful, comfortable room. Very well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely spa and great massage. Well located to shopping, restaurants and the ferry to Lausanne. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day

Fantastic location on the shores of lake Geneva. If the weather is good it makes the stay more special. Stayed in a deluxe room with lake view - lake view is very obscured due to the trees - what it really means is that you face the lake. Room was spacious and as expected for a Hilton. We arrived at 3pm and the manager wanted to check the room to ensure it was ready so we were given a free drink in the bar which was a nice touch. We only had to wait 10 mins so by the time we had our drinks the room was ready and our bags had been taken up We used the spa facilities which left us a little underwhelmed. It could really do with a refurbish. One of the bathrooms, the door frame was rotten and there were colonies of ants all over. Overall nice location, nice stay but certain areas need a revamp

Lovely comfortable hotel. Spa was a little disappointing as sauna was being refurbed and Haman was not hot enough. However we were offered a free breakfast, which was very good 😊

The room was clean but had a funny smell and it was very noisy. The breakfast was poor for cleanliness as there were a lot of flies around the food and the service was not great. For the price it was an average stay.

Just an ok stay, the hotel is in need of a renovation as it seems stuck in the 90's. The room fridge is empty as you have to go downstairs to get any snacks which isnt convenient. The bed wasnt very comfortable, i had made several requests and all were denied ( higher floor, a better view , away from the noise, late checkout) due to them being occupied but i didnt see many people in the hotel so not sure whats going on there

There could have been many basic aspects which this hotel could have fulfilled but it failed in each one of them: -Rude and unhelpful staff -Average hotel and facilities -Food is terrible -Rooms are basic and lack comfortable

Lovely hotel in a great location, large spacious rooms with great views, can’t fault!

Check-in lady forgot to have a rollaway bed prepared for us even though she said there were 1 king size bed and another small bed for 3 adults. We had to call from our room to let reception know. Couple of stains in the carpet, otherwise it was a big, clean , nice room with all the amenities. It’s an old hotel, no outlet for cellphones near the bed. AC quite loud and couldn’t get cold enough

Main positive is the location and the view - well worth paying for the lake view. Rooms are large and ok. Overall hotel a bit scruffy - paint scuffed, carpets with holes in, corridors not very clean. Restaurant very hit and miss, some dishes really good but others just ok and service is so slow that food tends to arrive cold. Breakfast is pretty ordinary for that class of hotel. Staff are also hit and miss, some very helpful, others not very interested. We had amazing weather so didn't really care!

Beautiful views across Lake Geneva in a cute sleepy town. The staff at the Hilton were so friendly - made sure the kids had games and coloring books. Bed was super comfy, rooms were very big. Wish we had used the spa - outdoor pool looked great too but obviously not open in February!

Got tricked into thinking Switzerland currency could be used in France, usually in other places (e.g Austria) they tell you that other currencies that are not euros could not be used there. I overpaid them in the wrong currency and they did not give back the remainder when I told them about it the next day. The bathtub is too high on the inside and it’s too steep trying to get out. One could slip, especially the glass blocking the shower head, it does not close all the way which water got all over the floor. Very dangerous .

We had a great time at your hotel, staff was awesome (speacially Sharlene, very kind and pretty) and the location was very convenient. One thing I could advise is to do a little upgrade in the rooms, the carpet was very filthy and dirty, the bathroom door knob was coming off and the shower door couldn't be completely shut.
