Excellent hotel , service personnel piscine ect.... tout est parfait

We loved everything about the resort and Tunisia! The resort has so much to offer. Every nook was unique. We spent most of the day by the main pool and we were taking care of by Slim. We’d venture out in the afternoon. We loved Sidi Bou Said. There were great restaurants near the hotel. The food was delicious at hotel and every where we went.

Stay was ok. Breakfast could be better though.

My job has taken me to many prestigious hotels across five continents, but this is the first time I've felt so at home in a hotel. It's old but well-maintained, traditional but clean, and the staff, from the security guard at the entrance to the kitchen staff, are friendly and welcoming. The most gentlemanly reception staff are here too, bravo!

Rooms were highly scented. Smelling of cigarette smoke in hallways. Language barrier… difficulty in communicating with restaurant staff.

I will start in the positive: hotel so nice,clean,pool and beach are amazing ,food is delicious. The negative : when I arrive to the hotel,they didn't recieve the book from expedia, I show them The confirmation number and receipt,they let me wait 1 hour and half, and when I talk in aggressive way that this not way to deal with cleint especially that not my problem whats happening between expedia and the hotel ,so they gave me the room. 2nd , when I was leaving, one employee asked me if I gave the key room to the reception and what is my room Number!!!! Is that normal? I didn't left from the main gate,I left from monoprix side since my nephew was waiting me that side. You ask all your cleints if they gave the key? You think im running away!!!! In Overall its nice hotel ,just need to train staff about customer service and way of dealing with clients.

Carthage Thalasso is a very nicely maintained property with the right accents to remind you where you are. Staff is very welcoming.

I really enjoyed swimming in beach. Good service, quiet, dining options.

Our annual anniversary weekend getaway at Carthage Thalasso: All is well except for the pool “director” who gives everyone the hardest time about sitting in the cabanas around the pool deck; he saves those for his friends. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and work hard!

Despite the fact that the an employee in charge of reservations named Sofiene new that I had made the reservations for my wife and her sister he is still gave my wife a difficult time to check in and then made a romantic pass at my wife by saying "if you had Sofiene in your life you wouldn't have to go through this"

All went well again in this resort, but the swimming pool is only open on day schedule, if ever you're working, and if you want to have a swimm after 19h, it's not allowed... They also gave the management of the sea loundge to a private team, so you can't put bills on your room and needs to pay right away which is strongly unconfortable when you are just wearing your swimming clothes !
