The room was clean, the bed has the mattress cover, the breakfast was good, enough parking space. Check in and check out was easy.

Clean hotel, a little older but good price point. Tim Hortons in the parking lot. Located in an area where there are some people who appear to be homeless but we had no issues.

Air conditioning unit was broken and the room was very warm. Even with the window wide open (which was also missing the screen, but they replaced that). Staff tried to fix the A/C but couldn't, and they couldn't switch us tp another room as they were fully booked. No discount was offered.

Stay good for a budget hotel. Not a big fan of being told my $200 deposit being held for over a week but I guess that's the policy.

The hotel was very busy when we stayed but staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was decent.

New owner/management is good and is improving the property daily. Breakfast is excellent.

If you are looking for a cheaper place to stay in Red Deer you have found the best place in town. You can't beat the amenities for twice the price. The breakfast is great and the lady who keeps the food stocked is so sweet. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Free parking and wifi are included, location is close to the hospital and downtown.

We noticed in the morning once the bedding had been disturbed that there was what looked like throw up on the side of the undersheet and mattress, and on the wall. I told the person at the desk as we were checking out, and showed him a picture. He said he would get the manager to call me, that never happened. I couldn’t eat the breakfast thinking if that was their standard of cleanliness I wasn’t taking a chance, which was the reason I chose that hotel.

The room was dirty, the staff we're not very helpful, the toilet plugged, bugs in the room. Homeless shelter across the street making us feel unsafe.

The hotel is centrally located and is close to all the amenities. I have a king business room and is was both spacious and comfortable with french doors to separate the room for sleep. Enjoyed my stay.
