Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, quiet grounds and the kids loved the pool. Rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean and plenty of room outside for the kids to run around safely, nice little garden too but tucked away at the back.

Good location but very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Bathrooms are mouldy and rooms are generally poorly maintained. There is no ventilation in the rooms so you end up needing to open the window. It’s also very humid inside the room when it rains.

Only stayed for one night while a guest at a wedding nearby so didn’t have time to make full use of the amenities but staff were polite, helpful, hotel was clean, rooms comfortable, and breakfast good quality in a pleasantly appointed dining room

We've stayed here several times now and always enjoyed our stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurants offer a good range of food and drink and the wife particularly enjoys taking a dip in the indoor pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. Already looking forward to our next stay

Great option. Quiet, clean and staff were great. Breakfast is very lovely too. Room was a brilliant size.

The hotel left heated towel rails on during the middle of a heatwave. Two visits to reception led to provision of a useless fan. Despite complaints to management no partial or full refund was offered on the basis it was a hot weekend. This is without doubt the worst place I've stayed. Avoid unless you want to melt in the room followed by a good old fashioned dose of Management gaslighting....

Great place to relax, swimming pool,jacuzzi, garden, dinner all amazing

I only have an issue with the Spa Center that the Jacuzzi was not clean, dirty residue around water line. However the swimming pool was nice and clean and the changing rooms very nice and clean also. My room was spotless and lovely decor and clean bathroom. Very happy with it. Staff were also very nice. breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked hot breakfast alongside buffet. I would have given higher stars had all areas been clean. I would happily return to this hotel again.

A good walk from Stone. Air con extract outside bedroom window was noisy. Basin & shower too close together.

The hotel was charming. The room was pleasant and a good size. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was good

The room was clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

All good as always ! Breakfast was lovely, just sort a decent brown sauce out and I’ll be v v v happy 😂
