Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was of a high standard with a nice modern but retro feel. The hotel was nicely located to all the shops and amenities, and was easy to move around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast was delightful and served buffet style, in a relaxed environment, catering for all tastes. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, and will definitely be returning to stay here again in the future.

Well laid-out room, openable windows, sm fridge/kettle/nespresso, lots of storage & places to “put stuff” (hooks, drawers, shelves etc) heated bathroom floors ❤️ quiet except some light traffic noise. Bed was a bit soft for me but OK for my partner. Good WiFi, places to work in the lobby, b’fast was amazing in variety with fresh fruit, a gazillion types of bread, numerous good GF & veg/vegan options too and refreshed frequently. Helpful staff; altogether a great place for a busy work-week.

All in all, this is a great hotel, with a tasty breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, and a lovely feel to the room. Quiet and comfortable, and well placed in the centre of town. All told, it ranks as the best overall experience I’ve had on my long European journey (17 nights).

This hotel was define. Nice size rooms. But the shower was a puzzle. Water got everywhere

Good location a very nice breakfast. Close to bus and train station, two grocery stores nice restaurants. Staff was helpful. Did not stay long enough to eat at night there, but the breakfast offered some quality options.

The staff were really nice! The area around is amazing, you have close access to everything without paying a huge price. Overall it was just a great experience and I’ll stay there again next time I visit Umeå!

We stayed here while the world is going thru COVID-19 hence why the hotel was so empty. The hotel was generous enough to provide us a free parking for the night. The breakfast was thoughtfully done for everybody health and safety by covered and wrapped with plastic. Great location right in the city. Will stay here again next time.

Allt bra men handfat i hallen är lite obekvämt. Handfatet ska vara tillsammans med toaletten. Duschen kan däremot vara separat.

Allt var toppen! Enda vi reagerade på var att vi upplevde att frukosten var snäppet bättre förra gången. Maken tog några pannkakor men de var som att äta läder. Men annars jättenöjda!

Mycket bra totalt sett! Kuddarna var alldeles för tjocka/stora. Det fanns ju två kuddar per bädd. Man kunde haft en tjock och en tunn i stället för två tjocka…

英語の下手な私にもスタッフが親切に対応してくれ、駅やバスターミナルから近くて便利でした。周りには食事処やスーパーも多いです。スーパーでレンジで温める惣菜を買ったのですが、受付の方に相談したら温めてくれた上に、食器も貸してくれてありがたかったです。ヨーロッパへの渡航は初めてなので一般的なのかもしれませんが、部屋に設置されているコップの汚れ（？）がある日もあり、少し気になりました。エレベーターの音がけっこう聞こえる部屋でしたが、それを見越してか部屋にはちゃんと耳栓が置いてありました。私は飲み物が好きなので、部屋に備え付けのインスタントのスウェーデンのお茶、コーヒー、ココアを毎日補給してくれて嬉しかったです。朝食もパンやヨーグルト、ソーセージにチーズ、果物にジュースと一通り揃っていて、私は満足でした。

Superbra frukost med nybakat gott bröd, bra pålägg och härliga fruktfat. Stort rum och sköna sängar och kuddar. Lite väl låg toalettstol och dåligt tryck i duschen men i övrigt en bra vistelse. Vi väljer samma nästa gång!
