There was a staff member there that was very rude to us upon checking in and when my family and I wanted to go out and come back in, he refused to move his vehicle for us to park. We cannot park on the side street so we wanted to use the parking lot at that point. I had to contact the manager. We were supposed to be provided breakfast. There was none. I don’t think I would come back here when I’m in the city again.

I absolutely love the convenience of everything in town. I was able to quickly complete my errands and head to my destination without any hassle.

Staff was amazing! Room was clean but still felt a little off - location was a bit sketchy but it wasn’t too bad to the point where we didn’t feel safe.

Super friendly staff. I had to check in really late and they were very nice about it. Also in the morning, I got to chat with the owner and she called me a cab and triple checked that it would come at the time I needed and she said she would drive me herself if it didn't arrive on time.

Place was as shown in pictures clean and affordable

The staff was wonderful - lots of great recs for dining & things to do. We didn't explore much of Belize City, but we got great info for the time we were there. Everyone says the city isn't safe - but honestly, be smart and don't do dumb things like flash cash, and you'll be fine :)

Safe and quiet

The staff - very nice. The room was fairly clean, linens clean, toilet and sink clean, floor was gritty but could have been due to wind. Bad area of town, didn't feel safe to walk, difficult to navigate.in a car.

The apartment was right in the middle of Belize City I was able to walk to the water taxi which was my goal for renting there

It a hotel just to spend the night, need mantinenance, the price its not bad, not recommend to be as a tourist or with family

Review for [Property Name] I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. I arrived during their advertised check-in hours, only to find that the place was completely closed with no one available to assist me. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no clear explanation or support. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund even though I was unable to check in through no fault of my own. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared to risk being stranded or losing your money. A little effort on their part to resolve the issue could have gone a long way, but sadly, that didn’t happen. Proceed with caution.

Staff are great and helpful. The property is run down and in an area of town where you probably don't want to be.
