I really wanted to like this place but the negative reviews were correct. The good: the pool was nice and the views unbeatable. The room size itself was also pretty big and there was parking available. The bad: the room legitimately smelled like sewage the entire trip and the staff had the same response “we will send someone”. But their “fix” was to spray something and hope you don’t come back to complain. Apparently a room that smells like sewage is acceptable. The owners of the property need to invest and they need to fix it or they need to stop booking that room. The other people in my group had an ungodly amount of ants in their room…. So ants or sewage are your options. There was an AC and I requested it be set to 22C (the minimum in France) but they disregarded my request and the room was so hot at night. Overall I recommend this hotel if you want good views and you have no sense of smell.

This hotel is in a stunning location. The pool is lovely and breakfast and restaurant area have amazing views. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. The rooms are ok…no fridge etc. our 1st night we didn’t get the room we had booked as the hotel was full…it was a pretty tiny room with aircon that was’t working. They moved us the next day and gave free parking to compensate. In hindsight we didn’t need a car as everything is so handy! We walked to the many restaurants and used the train which was less than a 10 minute walk away. Think we would rather have had the proper room from the start. Again, the staff were very friendly and helpful…we will be back, if we get the right rooms ;-)

This is a 2 star facility, we couldn't get a room until 5 pm No air conditioning in dinning room Bathroom and shower very small This being said it's in a great location

Wifi did not work. Even phone network was very slow in the room. Rooms are far away from the reception. Difficult to check in and check out when you have luggages! They should arrange something to bring the luggages to and from the rooms. Other than that, my experience was good!

absolutely great, the staff even brought us croissants to our airport transfer truck. Location is perfect

We spent three nights with a baby and a very active toddler and we couldn’t feel more welcomed. Thanks to all wonderful staff who were very helpful and made this time special

No pool in winter No staff to show u wheres ur room as its a lot of buildings Food not thar much Non think to clean or change cover of room bed during a week there U ask to clean non come No water inside room and friedge is empty Resturant far from rooms No phone to ask for wake up call

No drink water, no iron , no kettle in the room, check in at 17:00 check out at 10:00 , even not enough for breakfast and prepare all bags, horrible hotel

Property and view is gorgeous with lots to do on the property for a family with young children and around the property. It was easy access to numerous towns along the coast and close to the train station.

Poorly maintained and tired in large parts. Super location, but just not good enough in every other regard. Needs investment. Manager refunded us without quibble. He'd heard it all before. Sad really.

Pool by far the best feature

Great location and views are the main attraction of this hotel. There is direct access to the promenade path that runs all round Cap Ferrat and which is ideal for early morning or evening walks and runs. The large six-bed family rooms are good value for families, with a pair of bunk beds in a separate room; although the accommodation blocks aren’t especially attractive and we had lots of ants in our ground floor room. The half board option worked well for us with a buffet that our kids likes. Food quality ok but range limited. The pool is very nice and the area for sunbeds and drinks offers great views.

We stayed here with our two kids, and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The pool is nice and the location cannot be beat. I highly recommend staying here.
