super fun waterpark, clean rooms, good coffee!

Very stable and seems to be they prioritize safety for young children. However, I was very displeased because the front desk staff didn't seem very friendly and didn't seem to be doing their best to answer my questions.

Everything was great except for one thing\. I don’t understand why some people take belongings that don’t belong to them\. I lost my belongings in the waterpark area, and it made me very upset\. Unfortunately, it ruined my stay 😣

Excellent place to start with kids specially if u like water parks also we close to Clifton hill

No clean room nd water park

We were super impressed with our stay! It’s been a week and my 8 year old daughter and 24 year old nephew keep saying they want to go back! It was a fantastic time!

The newly renovated rooms are a fantastic space!

Extremely fun for toddlers

The beds were either very old or very poor quality. Rooms were also pretty dated, lots of carpet.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. The hotel was perfect for families, and everything was well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great stay. My daughter was thrilled with the wolf den she hand in our room and we had a lot of fun.

Our room room was all the way at the end of the resort such a long walk.

Great place for vacation with children. So much to do and the Magi quests keep children busy. Water park was amazing. Staff very helpful and attentive.

When booking we put in a request but no one responded to us up until we came to check in. Room needs tlc … carpet was stained and room not very well kept. Soap dispensers kept falling off and one in the middle of the night which woke us all up with loud bang….
