Everything is best..good place to go..

The staff are friendly and the waterfalls pretty and it’s good for the family and its cleanliness environment and lots of activities.

We really did have a great time. The hotel and water park were very clean and well taken care of. We loved having bracelets to access what we needed. The photos on the water rides would have been awesome if the quality was better and we were actually in the pictures. We had pizza at Northwoods and it was pretty basic- not made with much love. The $300 security deposit was a bit much and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes after check out to ensure our room was fine and get my $300 deposit back.

What we didn’t like was the neighbors partying until 1 am. Front staff called twice before security came and shut down the party. Several handicap doors were broken Very inconvenient.

Wonderful place!! We will definitely be returning when we plan our next vacation.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and had a great experience . Our stay was so enjoyable.

We've been coming to this exact location for years. The best GWL around. Family always has a great time!

we absolutely love the room! The only thing I could mention that I didn’t particularly like is that the temperature of the room is set for only 65° when you go to sleep lol other than that, it was great

When i checked in A front desk named Margaret is so rude and racist. She will not let you use your gift card in paying instead insisting to pay card or debit she will intimidate you as if you can’t able to pay. The staff feels like they own the place and you don’t have right to pay whatever you want. That was first impression when checking in. The mosquito in the bathroom sucks and bugs everywhere. Terrible old accommodation not good for little kids to stay at night. AC is very old too and not a smart tv as expected they should upgrade electronics in the room. This is only good when swimming indoors but not staying for a night.

Water Park section was very good. Clean and service was great. Security every where. But Rooms and Mattress was Ok 3Star.

Both kids and adults enjoy the waterpark.
