The bedspread had a stain on it, the sheets were rough with obvious pilling. And the queen bed came with two pillows. The first floor room I was given had a window that was not secured. But my biggest concern was the staff. I asked for a 330am wake up call and was told to call the front desk at 1030 when the next person came on duty. I informed the staff member that I planned to go to bed much earlier than that and suggested he leave a note for the person. He was non-conmital. When I went out to get my luggage and returned. He followed me to my room and when I asked what he was doing as this made me feel unsafe as a single woman traveling alone. He said he was going to show me how to use the AC. I told him it that was unnecessary and he backed off for which I'm grateful but just wordlessly following me to my room door gave me the creeps and made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel. Not for any price. Stay elsewhere

The rooms were disgusting. I had hair on my sheets. A bug squashed on the wall. The bed was lumpy. The cabinets old looking. Toilet paper holder was rusty and put on wall with any old screw. To top it off it cost over $150.00 a night

No stay front desk you have about ten minutes for some one to come and ask for question and balcony door would not lock room fridge was leaking

Clean room. Cold air conditioning. Very friendly staff. Very nice area. Good coffee provided. Cozy bed. Close to frequent buses. Close to restaurants and stores. Very nice room. Well priced.

Funky place to stay, just know the parking is a block away and in a parkade so be ready to keep your vehicle empty!

Room was very adequate and bed comfortable but there seemed to be a lot of dust in the air. The top bed covers probably needed a wash. sheets were clean and fresh. Only 1 coffee pouch but we could have asked for another, im sure.

The staff is not helpful, very disrespectful and would change what they told on the phone and charge double the rate of room for the service that was terrible.Would not recommend this hotel
