Great hotel - basic room - but had everything you could want - spotlessly clean and excellent house keeping - staff were superfriendly and helpful - loved the location

It was a lovely stay staff were polite,food was good,good selection for breakfast. Room was spacious just what we needed. Only down side was you have tea and coffee facilities but no tea or coffee but the shop downstand sells all this .

Kitchen was good, note that no tea or coffee is provided in the apartment rooms. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was comfortable and clean. Note the breakfast is only open from 7.30-10.00am so you will miss out if you have an early ferry departure. The breakfast buffet is good with cooked food options available.

Great location, lovely staff

The flats are spacious and have lots of good amenities, the pool is really nice and there are plenty of other spaces , the breakfast had many choices but it wasn’t very hot but it was plentiful. Not far from the city centre or the Acropolis, I would definitely recommend.

Booked this hotel as it was close to the port where I was boarding a ship. First time here, and will use this hotel again.

Very clean and had everything you needed, plenty of comfortable sun beds, convenient bar and seating area, small gym, sauna etc all beautifully clean.

Amazing greeting on arrival, room was more than adequate, overall 10/10

I think the receptionist was a poor commutator but possibly this was a language issue from both sudes

Lovely hotel, room very spacious and air conditioning really good. Cleaners in every day. Pool area really nice and always plenty of beds. Staff are so friendly, would definitely return.

Excellent location right on edge of Old Town - very good breakfast with very large choice (hot and cold items) - staff excellent - very quiet - stayed in Room 419 with great views over Old Town and harbour area - would definitely recommend

Really nice hotel, perfectly situated a short walk from the Old Town, ferry terminal and about 20/25 mins from Elli Beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great to have a sitting room and kitchenette and balcony. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone - only criticism is that the food could be hotter.

Hotel is very good. Clean with excellent service & staff. Suites are spacious. Location is superb. A few minutes walk to the old town center & port. However, bathroom needs renovation. It's 3.5 star hotel rather than 4

The rooms appear to be renovated except the bathrooms Hallways need to be renovated The hotel suited our needs

Loved our stay at the Athineon. In a great location next to the old town. Had a great view from our balcony overlooking the harbour. Staff were friendly, especially the reception and bar staff. Restaurant food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely return!

Liked modern pool area, and clean and spacious lobby. Fantastic views from the balcony over the port area. Attached shop was convenient for snacks and supplies.
