Great location, staff, room and breakfast

Excellent location. It was easy to walk to most areas. Staff was excellent especially the front desk manager that helped us navigate some challenges in getting around. We visited during Santa Semana which was fascinating to see how extravagant and large the processions were. Be aware that the hotel is on a main route for many processions so access to the hotel can be very difficult at times. Our room faced the street so we got a great view but the processions run until 2am so expect there will be considerable noise. All in all we enjoyed our Easter visit.

Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors.

My only criticism was there was no proper bar in the hotel.

Hotel was in a good location and walkable to everything. Room was comfortable with huge bed. Unfortunately the wardrobe door came off and although they got someone to fix it quickly, the top hinge came off again straight away so had to be careful. There was also an issue with the bathroom door not staying shut and banging when opened due to missing rubber stopper. However, to be fair, they did offer to change our room, but we declined. Towels were nice and soft and the fridge and tea making facilities were very useful. Noisy, early evening, but quiet at night. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff was terrific. We asked for King size bed on Expedia. We got 2 twins shoved together. There was one small waste basket in the bathroom, really tiny. No Kleenex. It also turned out to be a handicap room. That worked out for the shower, which was huge. It’s located in a great area, but during Holy Week expect long waits to get into the hotel as the procession goes by it every day.

Superb hotel and staff! Modern hotel, very clean and friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights there. Walkable distance to restaurants and main Sevilla attractions. Pleased with my selection!

They made staying there so easy for us Canadians. They helped with booking adventures and were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. All staff were helpful and polite. Rooms spacious, clean, nice terrace, coffee facilities in the room. Shower very good with good water pressure. We opted for breakfast which was a buffet and had a good selection of cereals, breads bacon eggs etc pastries, fruit. Hotel was very central to shops, restaurants and attractions. Hop on hop off bus across the road next to an Aldi.

Centrally located for easy access to all tourist sites by foot. Friendly staff. The hotel is situated near a shopping centre and an Aldi supermarket. Our only negatives were that the room had very poor lighting and the bathroom door didn’t close properly (a big gap between door and frame).

Overall positive experience, got assigned a room I was after. No iron nor ironing board in the room, they could not provide one as it was out of hours.

Very convenient for bars and shops

Location was excellent easy to get to and from main attractions. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Great stay

The hotel was right in the heart of Seville. Very well maintained hotel. Beds were good. Room was spacious. I will say a fair price ($200 per night)

TV broke down. Internet mostly unavailable over the course of our entire stay. Breakfast offered a poor price-to-quality ratio.

It is very good location and nice clean and comfortable room.
