Good & clean place to stay with family. There are public parking lots nearby as there is limited parking at the property.

Hotel was perfect and the location was great. Would stay there again. We loved Old Quebec and we're very satisfied that we found this hotel gem. The room was cozy and clean.

Outdated hotel with minimal amenities

The room was clean a little bit dated and showing signs of wear and tear. The staff were nice.

Staff is great, the front lobby coffee options were nice! the rooms were outdated and floors were dirty.

Staff were not very professional, room was moderately clean but elements of room needed repair - door knobs were loose, door frame was previously broken and not reattached, location could not provide a hot water kettle which I have found is pretty standard for rooms in this country.

Staff are really nice and helpful and is the only reason that I gave 2 stars, otherwise I would give zero stars. If a hotel is pet friendly, they should be able to clean the rooms properly. Luckily I don’t have pet allergy but my cough got worse during our stay and it only gets better when we are not in the room/hotel. Pet hair is everywhere in the room and even went to my daughter’s food. We asked for the room to be vacuumed because of the pet hair but there were still a lot left. We should bot even ask, they should make sure every room is clean before each guest. I usually don’t ask for room cleaning because I don’t want other people entering our room but I really can’t stay in the room without being cleaned any longer. All our clothes, bags and everything we brought to the hotel is full of pet hair. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was good. Clean. Nice bedding. The breakfast buffet was a joke. I’ve honestly had better at most cheap chain hotels. Costco pastries, fake eggs, crappy coffee, etc.

The Christmas Decorations were amazing outside & inside the hotel lobby!! The free breakfast was fantastic, close to all the 5 German CHRISTMAS Market Sites & entire Old Québec, and rooms awesome & soundproof!! Highly recommend i will be returning

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location, walking distance to everything.
