Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely, as were the grounds. All 5 star. The bedroom and bathroom were large and very clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent amenities. However on our visit the room was so warm (despite closed curtains) that it was quite unbearable. There was a helpful fan but it only moved the warm air around. No air conditioning in our particular room. Otherwise we had the most lovely time and have no hesitation recommending the Killashee.

We really enjoyed our stay. The spa facilities were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Food service in the garden was very disorganized - staff were unsure of where each meal was going, at €20 for a club sandwich this service certainly needs work. Also given dirty cutlery, we only needed the napkin thankfully. Dinner service in the restaurant was a lot better - food was excellent. Breakfast service again much better, selection was excellent and the option to have fresh to order Omelettes and Pancakes is excellent. Again though cutlery not the cleanest and we switched out our mugs with the table next to us also. I would definitely recommend the €25 fee for residents to use the hydrotherapy pool in the Spa it is absolutely fab - the pool in the leisure centre is too busy with swimming lessons etc. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the grounds of the hotel are fabulous for a walk around and if you could get a good deal it is definitely worth visiting! :-)

Such fantastic staff , Recption staff were so accommodating. Great variety in restaurants and prices within. A restaurant for every budget. The lounge upstairs was perfect for lunch . The facilities are excellent, pool , hot tub and saunas and steam room. The grounds are lovely for an evening stroll after dinner . Yes I will be back again .

An outstanding hotel - food is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful, beds comfy. The gardens are beautiful and we were lucky to have the weather to enjoy them.

We only stayed for one night before our flight out of Dublin. It was a very beautiful hotel - the grounds were so pretty to walk around. Breakfast was included and was made to order. Overall highly recommend.

Summer heat wave. Staff was very helpful finding a room on the shady side of the hotel. It’s a big hotel. Food was good. Nice breakfast.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff are exceptional and will do everything to make your stay comfortable as well as being interested in how your stay is going. The facilities are fantastic as well as the restaurant and garden, playgrounds. Well worth a visit and I will definitely be back.
