4 night stay. Breakfast staff quite unnatentive. Appear to prioritise coach tour parties to the detriment of independent guests. We stayed here around 4 years ago and it was noticeably better then. Breakfast items and crockery not topped up or replenished.

Room and hotel generally very clean and in good condition, Nice little bar. Staff very friendly and nothing too much bother, seemed very interested and aware. A nice gentle walk into the very nice and interesting main area and short taxi ride home, All in all a very good experience and I would re-visit no problem..

We stayed at the Ellison for 3 nights and can not recommend this hotel highly enough. The rooms are spotless and comfortable and a generous size, the location is central with great parking. But above all the staff are absolutely wonderful, we were there last minute for a family funeral and the staff could not have been more accomodating, Patsy especially was so accomodating it made a difficult situation so much easier.

Room was perfect, but the icing on the cake was the staff at reception, who were so friendly and great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We found the overall experience excellent. The room was spacious and well equiped. All staff, from our check-in to the house keeping were helpful and very friendly. The parking facilities were also very good. Will certainly return for a future stay.

Interesting room, close to breakfast. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of items. Hotel right down town, so easy to get around.
