great hotel, very luxurious really close to the pleasure beach, staff were so nice and helpful. Getting breakfast was also a wee bonus - beach view, perfect really

Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, staff with very helpful breakfast was everything you need in a breakfast great location

Clean and tidy staff helpful and very polite . We was on the first floor no beach view but room was excellent only thing missing was a small fridge. On the corridor there was a fusty smell not sure what it was but it didn’t stop us enjoying our stay .

Nice and cool room on a hot day and very comfortable beds. Only downside is the distance from restaurant to toilets.

Staff were lovely, check-in efficient, small gym to keep things ticking over, average breakfast, good location.

Clean room with a beach view. Room was a good size with 2 double beds. Room was tired with scuffs, marks on walls. On site parking available.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, and the self-service waffle machine was a fun and unique touch that made breakfast even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The view was amazing, location was perfect and the room was good but the duvet cover had a stain, hoped for more pillows, more facilities I expected from high rated hotel like disposal slippers, more towels, and larger gym.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel and they have been wonderful. I travelled with two little ones and the location was perfect and near all the places we have booked to visit. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you for having us.

The hotel is at the prime. Location accessible to public transports and walkable distance to the beaches. The breakfast was great and the staffs were helpful. The did the room cleaning in daily basis but we felt that the room cleaning could have been better as it was not properly cleaned. Apart from that we had a very wonderful time there and I would recommend it for my friends.

Each time we stay in the hotel, there is nothing I would complain about. The only suggestion I would have is, to put labels with allergens on everything during the breakfast. The items are labelled, but no allergens anywhere. I did ask staff about some items, but it would be so much easier for everyone to just put labels with allergens printed on. I did have something I assumed was dairy free just to find out it contained dairy a bit too late, which caused my baby to be sick the rest of the day unfortunately.

Great location and good choice of breakfast which catered for all our family.

quite a nice place clean and tidy didnt like the staffs attitude made us feel uncomfortable felt like being watched and talked about reception staff and managers kept looking at us and talking whilst staring at us. will not stay again

Great hotel, well located. Nice staff. Parking should be free in peak season.

Overall a superb stay thanks to an amazing receptionist called Grace. She didn’t hesitate to go that extra mile for us, she’s a credit to the Hotel and deserves a pay rise!
