The hotel was good for the night as long as you remember that it's a budget hotel and will not have all the amenities the more expensive hotels have. The pool was good, nice and warm. The rooms and overall hotel were clean and but dated. Air conditioning in the room worked very well. Had to lower it throughout the night because the kids were "freezing". For the price you're paying, it was exactly what we needed. They did charge us $10 for parking because we arrived before 3 pm. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

I always leave honest reviews and never exaggerate anything. But for anyone who values their health more than their money, I strongly advise you NEVER to choose this place. When we walked into the room, we were met with a pretty foul odor. We had to keep the AC running on high the whole time—even when it was cold—just to mask the smell. Opening the window wasn't an option because there were no screen mesh on them. On the first day, I was too exhausted to notice much around me. But on the second day, when I pulled back the blanket, I found a massive yellow stain that looked like urine. It was absolutely disgusting. After talking to the front desk, they refused to refund the remaining days. They only changed the blanket twice, but even the second replacement still had yellow urine-like stains on it. At that point, we just gave up on using blankets altogether and spent the last two nights with only a bedsheet. As a result, we caught a terrible cold. This ruined our Niagara trip, and we couldn't wait for our stay to end so we could finally leave.

Very convenient to all the activities on Clifton Hill.

Clean and well maintained room. Air conditioning worked great. Right on Clifton Hill walking distance to all the fun. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Tiene estacionamiento. El personal fue amable y lo mejor fue qué me guardaron las maletas antes del check in y después del check out por lo que pudimos diafrutar cada minuto en Niagara. El cuarto es lo que necesitas. Nada de lujos. Baño puede mejorar en cuanto a manchas no por suciedad sino porque es viejo. Excelente localización.

The room was clean and staff were very nuce. We even got good suggestions as to where to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The hotel was close to most attractions we wanted to do. The only thing that was awkward was tge size of the shower. It was pretty small for my size and there was no fridge/microwave however you could get ice at the front desk. Overall we loved and will most likely go back there again. Ka

Staff very helpful, room very dated. Damages in bathroom ceiling. The balcony door curtains had holes in them, no refrigerator, no in room safe. Otherwise clean.

The hotel is convenient to the action and to the border. The staff is nice. The room is basic with a capital BASIC. I used the hotel for an overnight place to crash after a long day of driving. For my purpose it worked. Better than falling asleep behind the steering wheel. The decor is dated, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Location is amazing, right where all the life happens. Although not a 5 star hotel and luxurious, I was satisfied and would stay here again. Free parking, amazing location, friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Price was also great. We used their indoor pool but water was chilly, still enjoyed our stay! Just note there are no elevators and you’ll have a few steps to walk up. Rooms were clean but definitely could get a facelift.

No fridge, less pillows, uncomfortable bed. Staff were helpful, got us extra pillows right away. Location was very convenient.
