The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement.

I was working in Freiburg for a week and really appreciated the outstanding breakfast buffet which sustained me thru long work mornings.

Walkable to the Munsterplatz and many shops, restaurants and bars. The reception area had a tranquil vibe and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Great room in a very central location. Didn’t eat in the hotel as we wanted to explore. Parking available underneath hotel at cost.

It was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, everything in good working order, good shower. Great location. A fridge in the room would have been good, but other than that it was great.
